dishwasher not working correctly, toilet tissue holder broken in front bedroom, ice maker was shown in pictures on line and was removed. No 9 x 13 glass pan for cooking. No plastic tupperware. Lights not working on balcony and could not see good to BBQ. Air conditioning works really good!

The location of the property is excellent. Secure parking, pool, easy access to beach was very nice. The amenities are above and beyond.The condo was a great layout with the oversize balcony. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and ware. I really liked the glass banister on the balcony instead of iron ones with holes, for the little child. Only downsides was the bed was very hard, which some might like. The neighbor left a fan on throughout the stay, sounding like a jet taking off. The last was the floors were a smidge unclean, turning your feet bottoms dirty. But it was great weekend get away.

Great Location; missing necessities in condo

We've stayed at the beach club for years and enjoy the location, pool, setup, etc. Beach is clean and proximity to the boardwalk is a plus.We were only given 1 key fob (which is required to re-enter the building). This was difficult with multiple family members as someone would be stuck in the pool area waiting for another guest to open the door. In past years, we were always given 2.The condo was clean and spacious, but had low supplies of cups/mugs and plates. We were a group of 5.

Underwhelming amenities

Condo entry keypad took numerous attempts to open. Property manager had to use the maintenance code to get in. Very frustrating and cause for anxiety each entry. Having stayed in over 20 rentals through the years, I expect beach towels at a beach resort,None provided. No pen, no paper, no tape. No salt, pepper, sugar etc. These types of convenience items has been at every rental. Sinks need repair, master bed is scary when you turn over. 6 coffee cups, few drinking glasses, we bought some plastic glasses to use. Beautiful balcony, but 4 chairs and 2 loungers . Just not the kind of VRBO that I am expecting or used to.

Nice place. Customer service nightmare!

When calling to get billing clarification the customer service needed some kind of number beginning with H A. I gave the reservation id# and that didnt work. I asked where i can find this number and they said its in the email. I lokked at all the emails and couldnt find. They would not transfer me to manager abecause i cant verify the account. A joke!

The Beach Club location is absolutely perfect, with amazing Gulf views. We received the codes promptly prior to check in date; however the codes changed prior to our arrival. We called the 1-800 number and received the correct codes; from then no problems with access. The unit needs some TLC (better patio set; a new couch slipcover) - they did update linens so it looks like a hotel, bright white. An ok stay but will probably look at different units next visit.

Upon entry the 2 parking passes were not in the unit. Texted number provided and we were told to search in varies places, no luck. Next we were told to go to leasing office at front of property, bingo. Be prepared to memorize varies gate codes, elevator code & 10 digit entry door code. I suggest packing a permanent marker and writing it on your arm, just kidding!!! Ceiling fan & light never worked, faucet handle in kitchen sink was near falling off. I texted number again and the information was given a work order number, no one ever showed up. I must give a shout out to the amazingly dirty white fabric sofa-NASTY. Fitted sheets on beds didn’t fit properly and you were often awakened by a slap in the face during the night, Morning. I recommend paying a few extra dollars for other rentals if you want to stay in this specific building, There’s a reason it’s less expensive.

Nice condo - Beautiful View

The condo itself is very nice, and the views are amazing. I did have a couple of issues that should be noted. I called maintenance for a broken toaster and a master shower that didn't drain. I was told they would be addressed that same day, but we checked out 4 days later with no resolution. While the toaster wasn't a big deal, more irksome than anything, the shower drain was kind of gross. If the water were left running for anything longer than 10-15 mins, it would have run out, onto the bathroom floor. Another item to note was the failure to honor a beach chair rental freebie. In the binder left in the condo, there was a flyer advertising 2 free beach chairs and umbrella for the duration of our stay. We were told that would not be honored as the unit no longer offered this amenity. That was quite disappointing.

Exactly what I wanted

I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews. And white this unit is definitely not new and could use some tlc, it is well designed, comfortable, clean and has great amenities. I could open my bedroom balcony door and hear the waves all night. I could lay in bed and watch the waves. From bedroom if unit has amazing views of the bay. I would absolutely stay here again!

The resort is clean, quiet and beautiful and located within walking distance of pretty much anywhere you want to go. Our unit was very nice as well. Check in was a bit confusing. We had been given the wrong codes so it took a bit to sort that out but the manager quickly took care of it and accommodated us allowing us to store our luggage until check ins n.

On arrival, we couldnt get in the unit. Stood outside unit for 30 minutes, code wouldnt work. They kept having to reset it, new code wouldnt work. After we got in our stay was good but saw this was a known issue on previous reviews. This should have been addressed and fixed already. If it was raining or if we had to use the bathroom I would have been very upset.

The condo was great! Plenty of space and location was wonderful. Checkin process was harder than expected as the code didn’t work. We called the number provided and the first time got hung up on after a 7 minute wait and then called back for the second time and received some help. Five codes later, she just gave us a code (that I’m assuming is for the cleaners) and said to just use it instead of a normal code. Overall checkin took about 20 minutes standing outside the condo. Without the checkin process, 5 stars.
