This unit was in need of a deep clean. Dust covered every surface, the appliances were very old, the balcony door didn't open and the master bathroom door didn't close. The untesils had dried food on them and there were stains on the bedding. Our key stopped working when we were packing our car 30 minutes before the scheduled checkout time. We also received no check out instructions, but did the normal checkout routine at most vacation rentals. We tried to communicate these issues with the owner privately and he has never replied to our email.

The condo was great! Perfect location with awesome amenities. Bud was easy to get ahold of and made us feel very welcome. The condo was very clean and beds were comfortable. Definitely hope to rent this condo again!

Love Portofino

The unit was excellent, just as described in the listing. Host was very accommodating and answered all my questions. Unit had everything we needed, wagon, beach toys and chairs were a huge plus for us. We love Portofino and have stayed there before, beautiful resort. We love that you are so close to both ocean and bay side. Would definitely look into this unit in future trips

Great location, home like feel

We love this area of Pensacola. This condo is so beautiful and comfortable and has everything we needed. The pools and amenities are so nice. This was part of a longer vacation and we didn’t want to leave!

Great property! When the weather is a bit cool or rainy there is an indoor pool & the outdoor pools are heated! Bay side beach & gulf side beach, so you can mix it up! Plenty of space inside & amazing bay view from the condo.

We have been going to Pensacola for a while now but this condo at Portofino Resort was the most fun we have had at the beach. Condo was in walking distance to the bay and the beach. Each tower had it's own pool. The resort had several large pools at the main area by the bay. Lots of kids activities. The food at the restaurants was great and there was a Starbuck at the resort. Kids loved that. The main pool area had pool service. Its a true Resort. The condo was wonderful, with lots of room for 10 people. Very clean and well stocked with everything you might need. The unit was vacant the night before. So they arranged for us to check in a little early. The host always messaged me back quickly when I had questions. Let's just say I hope to stay there again very soon and hope to plan a trip for a week next year.

We had the absolute best time in our condo for the week! The condo (and entire property) was so clean, everyone was so friendly and the condo had so many extra little perks that made the stay so much easier (sand wagon and chairs and shovels!) Amazing stay!

Perfect for a family! This unit comes fully loaded with beach towels, toys, a beach wagon, and anything you could possibly need for your stay! The beds are comfortable. The room was super clean and you can tell the owner takes pride in making sure guests are comfortable. To top it off at has an amazing view of the bay!! For those deciding on a gulf or bay view is pitch black- You want a Bayview! At night you can see the bay and watch the boats come and watch the bridge light up. 12 out of 10 would recommend this unit and will definitely stay again!!!

Perfect Place to Enjoy the Beach

We loved our stay! The location was perfect, with easy beach access, all kinds of things to do on property, and easy access to all the activities on the main strip. Loved that it was also not too crowded. Beach chairs, umbrella and some toys on hand was an added bonus.
