Portofino is situated on 28 beautiful acres in Pensacola Beach between the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the gentle shores of Santa Rosa Sound. It is also adjacent to the pristine Gulf Islands National Seashore. The land itself is called Santa Rosa Island; it is the world’s largest barrier island.

Portofino’s beautiful waterfront location, stunning accommodations, world-class resort amenities and customized service standards – make it a natural indulgence. No other resort is located on the Gulf of Mexico, the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf Islands National Seashore. The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

we love it

Everything was amazing the view , the place the amenities...except they charged us lots of unnecessary fees..we can rent another place in Pensacola Beach has same view with less fess.

Paradise in Pensacola Beach

If you are looking for beautiful accommodations, breathtaking views, and amenities like you would find on a cruise- LOOK NO FURTHER! Once you arrive, you literally wouldn’t have to leave! This place has everything!!! The 2-bedroom condo is so spacious; everyone had a place to relax. The property offers so much- trust me, your teens will be exhausted after a full day at this resort. We will be back!!

Would never stay at this condo again.

The view was very nice. The quality of supplies was very poor. Ice maker filled about 1 glass a day. Refrigerator has 2 drawers that if you open will come off track and have to stop and fix it every time. Sheets for pull out couch had a tear in them. Pillows for pull out couch were terrible. Dryer broke. Did not work. Not enough towels. I think 6 sets for 6 people. Couldn't wash them because dryer didn't work. Sparse kitchen supplies. Not enough silverware. Couldn't figure out TVs. No instructions. Living room TV with 2 remotes and no instructions. No instructions with condo regarding thermostat, television, what to do with sheets/towels when checking out. Sent host, Carrie a message regarding dryer not working, couldn't get tested to work ans asked about check out process. She was quick to respond but, did not feel she cared. No apology and said she would let maintenance know. We love Portofino and rent frequently. Last October we rented out about 15 condos for a week for family get together but very disappointed this time.

The property was nice and a good location with great views of the Gulf also the bay. Would have been good to have a Keurig in the kitchen but not a deal breaker.
