Welcome to Sunshine and Sand!



This ground level cottage on the Santa Rosa Sound is ideally located on Pensacola Beach near the shops, restaurants, and center of activity but far enough away for your peace and relaxation. The back deck is perfect for kicking back and is large enough for the whole gang to enjoy. There is also a gas grill on the deck waiting for your BBQ master. Follow the walkway off the back deck to the intracoastal waterway and wade in for a swim or watch an amazing sunset.



This 3-bedroom 2-bath home has room for your whole crew. The living room has a large flat screen television and plenty of comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen is ready and waiting for those nights you do not want to go out to eat. The master bedroom sports a king bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and bedroom three provides a full bed for your sleeping comfort. As a bonus, all bedrooms have their own televisions. Add the twin trundle and the sleeper sofa in the living room and there is bedding to sleep 8 or even 10 with kids.



Pensacola’s white sand beaches, Quietwater Boardwalk, Casino Beach, shopping and much more all are within 5 minutes of the house so come make the memories of a lifetime by booking today.

Perfect little Florida bungalow

Great location with access to the Santa Rosa sound and small beach behind the house. 5 minute walk to the Gulf beach. Neighborhood is quiet! Would definitely recommend this home, and would stay here again.

This VRBO is one of the cleanest I have stayed at. The house was well stocked with everything you need. The private beach out back is beautiful. This house is walking distance to everything near Pensacola beach. We visit friends in Pensacola regularly and will definitely book this house for our next visit.

It was pretty good. Great out door area. Not a lot of beach to sit on. From the pictures I assumed there was a dock on the property that we could fish on. The dock belongs to neighbors and you are not welcome to use it!

Perfect Place For Family

We had a wonderful stay for a week in July with 4 adults and three kids under three. The three bedrooms fit us all just perfect and there was a daybed with trundle in the living room if more people needed a bed. We were so happy to be able to get the kids to the beach without leaving the house! The dock opens to a quiet little area on the Santa Rosa Sound. In the mornings the water is up to the rocks but in the evening/afternoon, there's a perfect little beach for the kids! If you want to go to the gulf side, it's only two blocks down the road and it was an easy walk with the kids. I recommend popping over there at night because it's just breathtaking! The house is well stocked with what you need to make meals (even a little salt+pepper shaker set), wash clothes, and even includes hotel style toiletries! Each room has a tv with roku, though we only used the cable streaming on the living room tv. The dvd player might be broken, because we couldn't get it to work over the hdmi connection. There are bookshelves with dvds and books for adults and kids. There's a closet full of extra pillows and blankets in case you get cold (not a problem in July!) It was very hot when we visited but the back porch has two big umbrellas that made it nice. We brought our own beach umbrellas and made a shady spot off the dock as well, which I highly recommend. The check in and out process was seamless and we had no issues during our stay. We hope to come back next year in a cooler season!

Beautiful Beach House

We stayed here for a week and it was absolutely amazing and right by the ocean with our own little private dock. One of my children left an iPad behind and the owners generously mailed it back to us. Such honest owners they were very quick to reply to any questions we had and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this property
