The property is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. This was our second stay at this particular place and would highly recommend. The balcony view is amazing and loved sitting out each morning with friends drinking coffee.

The overall property is attractive and well-maintained, and the condo unit itself is very nice. -- Check-in was smooth and easy. -- There were three or four minor things in the condo that we reported to the Property Management company that owned our unit, but they were items for them to fix and not problems that affected our stay. -- Oven in kitchen did not heat properly, and many of the non-stick cookware items need to be replaced because they have been scratched up and are disintegrating, which is a health risk. -- Balcony furniture is much better than the wicker that was there before (from photos and reviews). -- View is great: you can see the entire beach! -- Swimming pools and health club are good attractions. -- Food at restaurants is good--not "exceptional," but more than adequate for us. -- Check-out was easy, but my key-card quit working two hours before check-out, and it took me 57 minutes and three trips to the office to get back into the unit. We enjoyed our stay even though the rain kept us off the beach for most of two days. We are considering going to this property again; however, it is a little more than we like to pay when going to the beach.

Beautiful location - great amenities

We stayed for my mother's 60th birthday and we have a great time. The location is great -- not too far of a walk from the room to the beach or to the pool(s). We utilized the workout center, main pool, swimside bar and adventure park while we stayed. House itself was mostly clean, though the grout and floor tiles are disgusting. Left our feet black on the bottoms and appears that the floor hasnt ever been cleaned. I expect a much cleaner home for the amount of money we paid for the rental as well as the additional $250+ cleaning fee charged by Gulf Coast Rentals. Beds were comfortable, view was amazing. There is a grill on the property but it barely got hot. We cooked all meals except one in the kitchen and did pretty well with the tools and utensils provided. The resort itself is beautiful. No poolside towel service which is odd for a beach/pool resort. Prepare to be nickel and dimed for everything. Want a drink? $20. Want to sit on a chair? $45 All in all a good experience, but the cleanliness was my main issue.

Best beacviews !!!!! Gorgeous views in every room!!!! Perfect unit for what we needed. Bring some towels with you. Dryer aliittle confusing and slow to dry your clothes. Loved the beach umbrella that was left in the room for use. Balcony was huge and perfect! Loved the furniture on the balcony. Pools were great!

Beautiful property! Amazing views! Exceptional communication from the property management team to prepare us for our stay. I stayed with my 5 yo, 7yo, and my mom. This is perfect spot for a luxurious family getaway :)
