Phoenix 9 Unit #1007...You're going to love this spacious two bedroom that is just a six minute walk to the Flora Bama..and a one minute drive! Located right on the beach, Phoenix IX is the perfect place to enjoy the sugar-white beaches of the Alabama's Gulf Coast!

This unit features HUGE floor to ceiling views of the Gulf from the living areas and patio! In addition to these amazing views, the living room features a flat screen television and a queen-sized sofa bed which allows this unit to sleep a total of 8 people! The fully stocked kitchen (including a Keurig coffee maker) features a breakfast bar for convenient eating space for 3. The dining table overlooks spectacular gulf views and will serve 6! The spacious, tiled balcony also features outside dining space and lounging space as well!

This 2 bedroom has 2.5 bathrooms, which will certainly be well received when everyone is preparing for a night out at one of the many amazing restaurants Gulf Shores has to offer!

This beautiful master bedrooms hosts a king-sized bed. A flat screen is available for your viewing pleasure, and the room features lots of dresser storage space as well! The master bath will be a treat to come back to after a long beach day...especially its jacuzzi bath tub! This amazing bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a double-sink vanity, which will also be perfect when getting ready for a night out!

The second bedroom has two queen sized beds that will be perfect for the kids and it even has a flat screen for them to enjoy! They will also have their own bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo and lots of closet space!

My only issue was the shower in the master bath had some mold around the door and enclosure and the pantry where the garage cans are kept needs repainting. Otherwise, everything was excellent and we plan to return soon!

Yearly trip!

Beautiful place and location. But black mold in master bath was severe. Was told leak above shower was being looked into and would get back to me. Said might have to come into our place of stay while we were there. Did not like that! Especially when told if problem is in floor above us, it wasnt their problem (pretty much). Mold continued to grow while there. This problem did not form over night. Should have been resolved before we arrived. With what we paid, this was a little ridiculous. Was never contacted about the situation again after we arrived. I made comment the evening of departure. Was told i should have said something. Why should I have if problem was known. I am highly allergic to black mold, so bathed in other shower. I have two rentals, and sterilize after every guest, and I'm afraid there is no excuse for this. Cleaning crew need to be checked after they clean and this problem would not arise. Not a situation that guest should have to ever deal with.

Amazing!!!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! Lots of space, felt like home. It had everything we needed plus more! The view from the balcony is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would love to book again for same time next year!
