Beachy Bungalow for Family Fun! Walk to local Beach!

Beachy Bungalow was created to be a relaxing haven for families visiting Pensacola. Each room was designed to bring back the nostalgia and retro vibes from post war Pensacola. The outdoor spaces were created to foster family fun and enjoy the outdoor weather and spaces. The neighborhood exudes relaxation with the giant oaks-lining the streets and trails, mourning doves cooing, and the sounds of the bay. Of course, the peace is broken when the Blue Angels practice, but watching them thunder over the bay in amazing displays of acrobatics punctuates the peace with a little excitement.


*Guests must be 25 years old to rent "Beachy Bungalow".
*Guest ID may be requested and required to avoid cancellation.
* Smoking is not allowed INSIDE the house. An additional $200 cleaning fee may be assessed to professionally remove the smoke smell.

Quick day in Pensacola

Our family got to spend in the area and see a few highlights in Pensacola. We had our dog and this property having a fenced yard made it a slam dunk for our group. We would stay again. Our host Matt was prompt in communicating and friendly. We would stay longer on our next trip!

Nice property for a get away

Cute house. Had all the amenities you could need. Weather was bad so we couldn't enjoy the outdoors which was one of the main draws. A couple hiccups, but the owner was very responsive and helpful.

Great little coastal place

We had a great visit. It met all of our needs for an overnight stay with a group of 9. It was easy proximity to the local attractions and activities. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful with the couple of questions that came up. Definitely would recommend.

Great for military families

Amazing backyard with fire pit, picnic tables and back porch. Plenty of parking out front and close to the Navy Base. If you have a child training in Pensacola, perfect place to stay. There are little touches like s’mores kits, coffee with creamer, and good toilet paper. Check I process really easy. As a military family, we all said that the owner is a friend and ally to the greatest Navy in the world, the United States Navy!

Great quiet neighborhood!

House was clean, great back yard with kayaks, fire pit, hammock and back deck. Great walk path 2 blocks down the road, beautiful bay surrounding the neighborhood! Dog friendly!

Great place to stay!

I really loved this house! It was very clean, comfortable, and location was actually really great! The backyard was lovely and both our pets and kids loved the outside space. We were close to Joe Patti’s/the downtown area, and minutes away from Pensacola beaches. Very pet friendly! We took the dogs for walks on the trails outlining the banks of the bayou just a block away from the home. Beautiful I must say when the sun is setting! The communication and check in/out time flexibility were a lifesaver! I would absolutely stay here again and genuinely appreciate the hospitality!

Beach getaway

Wonderful stay! Great location away from the hustle bustle of Pensacola beach, but only 30m away when ready for the seaside. Bay is a short distance & has beachy places to set up and enjoy. House was perfect , cozy & well stocked with kitchen supply’s/ beach towels. Kayaks were very fun on the bay and loved using the fire pit / grill. The neighborhood is cute and great for morning/evening walks. Host has exceptional communication . Big plus because we got to bring our pups!!! And the Blue Angels of course!!! Great stay.

Fun Spot

My family stayed here and loved it! The bunk beds, swing, and yard games were a hit for our kids. I wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of some of the other fun perks like paddle boards and fire pit. The home was clean and well cared for. Even though the house is small, the outdoor patio and huge Fenced in yard made it great for our family of 6. We would love to come back and stay longer on our next time around.

Charm, Character, & Clean!

Check-in was super easy, plenty of parking, character 1940s old military housing neighborhood (so cute), and amazing big fenced in backyard for kids to play. It was really nice!

Great cottage for a family stay with pets.

Great 3 bd, 1 bath cottage in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities you need. Was able to cook family Thanksgiving dinner with everything available in the kitchen. Excellent fenced-in back yard for the pets with yard games, fire pit with wood and chairs for relaxing. Beach chairs, towels and balls for use at the beaches. Easy drive to downtown Pensacola, Pensacola beaches and NAS. Would definitely stay here again.
