Lack of support

We did not make it to the hotel. The morning (12 Mar 25) of the trip, we both were sick (for a week). We immediately called the hotel and was told by the front desk that they could not cancel our reservations and were told to call who we made the reservation with. We started calling Hotel.com starting at 06:00, but were put on hold. We called again numerous times, but still could not get ahold of anyone. We brought the booking protection plan and will be filing a claim.

The only thing I can say negative is the breakfast. They need to make an improvement. For the eggs, if scrambled, make salsa available. The sausage tastes like artificial meat. Please add milk cartons for cereal instead of having a carafe.
