Shipwatch Surf & Yacht Club is a popular Perdido Key resort that extends from beachfront to riverside, giving you options for your gulf coast getaway. You'll enjoy 2 pools, one Riverside and the other outdoor pool just across the street on the Gulfside. Perdido Key is just across the Alabama-Florida state line and offers you a quieter, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Also, just a short walk from the world famous Flora-Bama. Boat owners will find a Boat/Kayak Launch & Slips, along with On-Site Boat Trailer Storage (boat slips available on a first come first serve basis, prior registration and other fees apply). Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am
2. NO Smoking in condo or on balcony
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of all Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Docking or wet slip available on a first come first serve basis with trailer parking on site for $50 per stay. There is also a boat launch on site. Pre-registration is required.

Great Place

This was our first time staying on the bayside. Enjoyed watching the sun come up every morning. Just a short walk to the beach. Loved that there were bins to leave your chairs and umbrella on the beach!!! We swam in both pools. Was an excellent place to stay! We will be back.

Well appointed condo with a view

Clean, quality furnishings. Everything we needed for the week-plenty of towels, kitchen equipment, etc. We especially loved the comfortable beds and the deluxe pillows (I had to look for the tag as I want to buy them for my home!). Located in front of a marina-that was the view from our balcony. Beautiful pool area too. Includes access to the beach and pools across the street as well. Great location-convenient to Orange Beach, Pensacola, Gulf Shores, Gulf Islands National Lakeshore, Gulf State Park and more. Only thing we would have changed would be to have directions for the TV/cable. We eventually figured it out but it was a challenge!

Anniversary Getaway

Absolutely beautiful setting and peaceful at this location. We are an older couple needing a break from a busy routine. I travel a lot for work but this was definitely a relaxing getaway. The unit was beautifully decorated and very clean. I would highly recommend this to those that do not have to be directly on the beach and there is a private launch, dock and boat slips that can be rented as well for those who enjoy boating.

Perfect Location

Close to Florabama and restaurants on Perdido Key. Far enough from the main area where you don't have horrible traffic. Facility is nice with two pools and easy access to beach. Not as crowded as the high rise condos so no waits for elevators and packed pools. Highly recommend!

Quick family relaxation trip

This condo is perfect for my family! The views on the very comfortable deck was the perfect way to start the day drinking our coffee to ending our day drinking a glass of wine.

Great Condo in a Great Location!

We stayed at this for 3 days and could not have been more pleased with this condo! The amenities were perfect, view of the inlet was beautiful and sitting on the patio in the morning watching the dolphins and boats come in and out was so calming. The kitchen was 5 stars and had everything we needed and more! It even has a wine refrigerator. The pool was great. The only thing that wasn't quite true was the proximity to the Flora-Bama Bar. It is much more that a 2 block walk, and I don't suggest trying to do it during Summer. I will definitely choose this condo again when returning to Perdido Key!

Condo was spacious and comfortable. Decor a little dismal {rugs, curtains, some wall photos}. Prefer more bright beach tones. Feel floors were not cleaned well or rugs vacuumed . If extra charge is added for clean up then I expect it to be done. I used wet wipe around the toliet floors and it was flithy! Clearly obvious was not attended to. Feel there should be a scent of lysol or cleanliness after cleaning which was not present! Hopefully bringing the cleaning to someones attention, it will be taken care of in the future. Other than this issue, we had a comfortable stay, no other complaints. I would probable consider this condo again. Loved the area and easy access to beach!

Here is your REFUND because of the ROACHES

I could not find the Building which was across the pwy from the other buildings. I called the office for help and the person a young lady could not describe to me where E building was located. I'm from out of town so tell me it may be on the Bay side means nothing to me because I don't know what Bay side is. Also I had to kill/ spray for infestation. Roaches. That is unsanitary and there is no excuse that a person have to spend that much money to stay in an unclean place. The Hot tub wasn't working, which we should have been notified of as well. Just simply HORRIBLE.

Loved the location. Nice property. Shipwatch was very clean and well kept. The only thing we thought was odd are the wall hangings, Knick knacks and fixtures etc. seemed to be no real consistency or similarities in theme or color etc.

I loved this condo so much I would offer to buy it. Impeccable view. Everything you could need in the house. Beach access is easy. The patio is just beyond description. Stayed out there most of every day. Highly recommend.

We love ShipWatch

We had a blast with my family. My wife, 3 boys (ages 3,4,&14) and I. Two little brothers shared a room and the 14 year old slept on couch. We all were very comfortable and the large couch on the balcony was our favorite spot. We like the bay side, it’s easy to get across to the beach and they have a storage bin on the beach so you can leave chairs umbrellas, tent if you bring your own. We love both pools, and fishing from the dock on the bayside. Love this area.
