Brand new townhome along with everything in it.

3bed/2.5 bath home sleeps 8 with two queen beds, 2 single beds, a sofa, and full size air mattress. The home offers a fully appointed kitchen with everything you need for your stay. The home is equipped with all new kitchen appliances, full dining with seating for 6-8 , 4K UHD TV, Netflix, and large capacity washer/dryer. We are close to everything! This home is well suited for large families, singles, or couples looking to relax and reconnect.

We loved Rho and CC's place. We had a party of 7 and fit comfortably in this apartment. Community pool nearby is also great for kids when they aren't at the beach. If you are common beachgoer's, there are plenty of beach toys for kids, and beach accessories that they have available to use (we left some also). We plan on coming back.

Pensacola wedding

We attended a wedding at Supposeys. The home was walking distance to the venue. The check in was easy and the owner was very easy to deal with and get in touch with. The home was very spacious for 6 adults. The property was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was supplied with all necessary staples including coffee pods, garbage bags and spices. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent Family option

Property was as advertised. Check in process and communication with owners was easy and minimal. Very hands off approach by the owners which was refreshing compared to past stays with other properties. Overall it was a great location and setup for our long weekend stay. The property would be a great option for family’s looking to stay for a week or longer.

Family review of our stay

1) We arrived past 3pm; check in is 3pm. The house was not cleaned, garbage stink was very strong. The cleaning person said her boss told her we were not coming; no such communication ever made from our end. The owner responded promptly to our issue, expressed 10% refund, hopefully so. 2) Flies & small insects easily gets in the house d/t no screen door; struggled w those insects during meal & sleep times, insects flying everywhere, landing on our food, etc. 3) Towels looked gray/discolored not white, stained; the bed coverlets did not look washed properly to me; pillows w yellow stains. 4) On day 3, no matter how we lower the AC control, it stayed at 81 then down to 75 when we adjusted the thermostat (wifi controlled) to 55, very hot that night, rest of the time AC was good. Overall the house was nice & pool great, location great. I think the cleaning service used is bad, I hope the owners will review their services.

Labor Day weekend

The house was nice however a few things were not together. Queen bed upstairs had trash under the bed upon arrival. The upstairs bathroom had damage on the wall and the outlets did not work for hair dryer. The home did not have beach towels which it said that they did. Also a lock was broken in the garage. I did reach out to just make sure they knew and that we wouldn’t be blamed for this damage and lack of supplies. They knew so over all it was a great weekend trip. We had control of the air condition which we hadn’t at others and that made all the difference. Would stay again. 4 out of 5

Nice rental

The location was perfect for the events we had at bay center and Sanger theater. The house was stocked with everything needed just need to run out and buy groceries. It was spacious for our family of 4. The only negatives were that there no tvs in the bedrooms and the outside porch was always full of flies. Would definitely stay here again!!

This was a very nice home and comfortable home. Has everything you need for your stay and Rho and CC were very accommodating. The only thing missing for me was a TV in the bedroom but other than that great place! Thank you Rho and CC!

Birthday Celebration with Family & Friends

My birthday celebration “Girl’s Trip” with my two sisters, niece, and two girl friends was a blast. The condo was just as described, clean, sanitized and well decorated for comfort. We were looking to find a location with a beach that was not too far of a drive from Atlanta. Everywhere we went was less than a 15 minute drive from the condo. This property was stocked with everything you would need on vacation, and I would definitely select this location again.

Wedding at Old Christ Church

This was a great VRBO for our stay. We were close enough to all the downtown activities, the ballpark, and the bridge to Pensacola Beach. The pool was great. We only used it a few times, but it was great entertainment for the kids.
