The cozy cottage is 15 minutes to our beautiful white sand beaches and mere minutes to central downtown. Very convenient to the Pensacola Bay center as well.

The property was as the photos displayed. Very clean and comfortable beds. Centrally located to downtown and the jazz festival venue. Property owner Jonathan communicated well and in a timely manner. Will definitely be back. Only suggestions would be to alert guests to the stairs in case they aren’t able to do them easily.

The quest house was very comfortable for a family of four. Our 10 and 8 year old daughters slept together in one of the bedroom while me and my wife in the other bedroom. The kitchen and eating area was convenient for cooking or reheating leftovers from the restaurants. The location was 15 to 20 minutes drive from Pensacola Beach.The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was nice and the front room with television was nice to watch if not out do things as a family. The mall was very nice with great food court. The grocery stores were 5 to 15 minutes away to purchase items if wanting to cook and stay at the guest house. We will definitely come back again for another weekend trip.

We loved this cute little home! There is another house on the property, but they are not connected whatsoever- we didn’t even see the other guests. This place was perfect for the 2 of us, it would be a little tight with 4 people but you could make it work. The hosts were great and the place had everything we needed! It is incredibly centrally located if you are planning on going to the beach frequently (10 minutes and right next to the bridge) or visiting downtown (3 minutes). Can’t recommend this place enough! We fell in love with Pensacola and will totally stay here again if we come back!

Great property. Exactly what we expected. The space was clean. The property manager allowed us to check in early since we got to town earlier than expected. There was great communication from beginning to end. The rental was about 15 minutes from Pensacola beach. It was a really easy drive. There was a public a couple of blocks away that we could buys food and supplies at for our stay. The place was fully stocked with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, etc. it was in the mid 90s during the day when we stayed. The air conditioner had some trouble keeping up during the day, but especially if we ran the oven. Even with that, the highest it ever got in the place was 79 degrees, but was usually around 75 degrees with the a/c running continuously. There were plenty of towels, with some beach towels provided. I did worry about there being a family in the adjoining house, but it was extremely quiet and felt like any other time we have stayed at a Vrbo that did not have adjoining properties. Overall, we had a great experience.

Keeping this location saved!

We had a wonderful time here. It was my self and two friends. The property itself is beautiful. The guest house is perfect. It looks exactly like the photos and was very cleans and well kept. The kitchen was fully furnished and had everything we needed. There was even several things to clean up in case of any kind of accident.The bedrooms had extra fans and beach towels. The bathroom had a few amenities as well. The porch and view was gorgeous and the location was perfect. Very quiet area even with the main house being occupied. Our stay was 10/10.

Cutest little two bedroom

This property looks exactly like the photos. It’s very private being separate from the main house over the garage. We had the blinds open throughout our stay and it still felt very private. The natural light that came in through the ivy in the back gave it a very earthy vibe. And it’s a quiet neighborhood so we were able to get some rest. For us, it was centrally located between where we needed to go. So it was very convenient and we were able to have a great beach day without having to drive too far. We would definitely book again if available next time we come to the area.

Amazing!!! This little place is perfect for small families. My wife and I loved the location, the ease of the property, so close to many of the tourist areas and so much more. We had an issue with the keurig machine first morning and the property manager replaced within 24 hours. It is super clean and quite comfortable. The beds are super comfortable and it has all the needed conveniences. We would stay again if we visit once again. Well worth the value. Highly recommend this location. There is a really good bagel shop less than a ten minute walk.

Absolutely Perfect

We loved everything about this cottage. It made our vacation so much more special. It was within walking distance of downtown, close driving distance to other places we explored around P-cola. Close to Publix Supermarket. It greatly exceeded our expectations. Plenty of towels and washcloths were provided, it had all supplies needed for the week. It was just an awesome little place, perfect size for two to four people. The neighborhood was quiet. We got to enjoy the beautiful March FL weather on the porch which was a peaceful retreat each evening. We would not hesitate to book this place again.
