Check in was friendly and efficient. The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Breakfast was good, better than most hotel breakfasts. I was in town for a motorcycle training course. On my last day i had a problem with my motor and Ashia was stellar, taking the time out of her busy day to accommodate. Cannot say enough good things here. If you are looking for a friendly, clean, economical place to spend a few days, this is your place.

The property was awesome. We had to check out a day early and can’t get Expedia to get in touch with me about a refund. We had a family emergency. The hotel clerk was super sweet and let us know that we needed to request a refund from Expedia. They hsve not got back in touch with me.

Clean, friendly staff but algae was unaccustomed.

The room was very nice and clean. We had 4 women in our group. We had been at gulf shores for a week. Our property manager overbooked for Friday night and we were told we had to leave even though I had paid for Friday nightl we had to leave. We were VERY disappointed to visit your pool only to find algae in it. I spoke to the front desk and they sent the pool guy out to clean but it didn’t help our situation. I’ve traveled for years and never has I seen visible algae like I witnessed in your pool. Very disappointing for our group!

Great stay on family vacy!!

Breakfast was a little hectic but the staff was nice and moved quickly to get the food out!! Rooms were clean and comfortable!! Great location !! Great stay

The check -in staff really nice . Unfortunately the room was dirty, carpet was dirty but most disappointed with bathroom. The bathroom had wall paper around the toilet that looked like urine stains, mold and overall not very clean. Needs attention from management.
