This is an all-electric home, thus no carbon monoxide monitors!

1.3 acre property in executive residential neighborhood, property completely security fenced with parking for 6 vehicles.
15 min. to Downtown (night clubs, theaters, galleries, museums, work?);

The population density here is 1 person (per 50,000 sqft.) as opposed to 100 people in downtown Pensacola or 250 people on Pensacola Beach or 750 people in Destin or Gulf Shores! We have bugs, but also birds chirping, ducks and geese quacking, dogs barking, a neighbor a mile away flying his model plane, and someone a few miles away getting a new roof installed but, sitting in the front yard gazebo, you hear all this plus the sound of water spattering from the pool fountain in the back yard! And NO traffic noise or blaring radios! This IS life at the end of a rainbow! Relax and enjoy the day, then participate in our +E entertainment program in the evenings!
