Rooms were dirty. Room were nevered cleaned. Staff rude when asking for help usually never in desk. Roches and bedbugs. Homeless people in the lobby sofas all drunk and high sleeping or fighting with each other.

I have one reservation and end up staying at three different rooms in one night first room no shower no TV no lights the second room no TV and no locks on the doors third room no TV no refrigerator..... But for some reason I still liked it though I'll go back but I wouldn't recommend anybody else going

This hotel should be shut down and removed from Expedia. It is not worth any stay. The hotel is very neglected and old. It should be shut down by the authorities. There is rubbish all over and the rooms are dirty and most parts damaged or worn out. The linen are tirn and soiled, but the staff claims its clean and good. The hotel is simply not even one star worth. Dont go dont go! Marihuana is freely smoked around and the whole hotel is drenched in that smoke!

This is probably the worst hotel I've ever get close to. It was so dirty and smelly that I couldn't take my family out of the car. Place felt very unsafe as well. Pictures are very misleading and Expedia is doing nothing to help customers. I opened a case and all they said was that they contacted the property and they didn't want to return the money. Of course they won't... It's a shame that Expedia allows this kind of behavior.
