This beautiful Pool-House is located at the entrance of the gorgeous beaches of NW Florida, and with I-10 only 2 minutes away, the house has direct access to Downtown Pensacola, Airport and Pensacola Beach. Furthermore the house is ideal if you are visiting Pensacola Speedway, Corry Station or Naval Air Station.

The house offers a spacious floor-plan, a large swimming pool and game room equipped with Air Hockey, football, ping pong & pool table.

The neighborhood is conveniently located two minutes away from the I-10 Interstate, and Exit 7 that leads to Blue Angel Hwy, the entry point to Pensacola and NAS.

Wonderful home, misleading listing

Over all the property was clean, the house well kept, the game room a good distraction and location to surrounding areas and interests centralized. However, be aware, this house is by no means handicapped accessible !!! There are no ramps at the entrances (thresholds are up to 5” high) leading into the house. The bathroom doors (including the master) are only 24” wide and do not accommodate wheelchair accessibility. The doorways to the bedrooms could also be widened. Also as mentioned in a previous review, the peel and press floor tiles in both bathrooms (namely around the bath tubs) are still loose, slippery and could be hazardous. The owner Luisa and VRBO should remove the handicapped accessible accommodation from the listing to ensure that no other persons with disabilities are inconvenienced. In closing, if your family or group has no special mobility needs then this listing is a great find in the Pensacola area.

Great getaway with the family!

This was a half way point for us (from Florida) and our daughter’s family from Texas. It was the perfect place with the pool and game room within a short drive to Pensacola Beach! It was very clean and inviting with all that we needed for a wonderful weekend of memories! Absolutely no complaints and nothing but praise! We will be booking again in the future for sure!! So many thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Unscheduled vacation

Fleeing from Hurricane Milton, with grandparents, parents, 4 children, an elderly dog and a school project rabbit, we enjoyed this house. The game room kept us all entertained. Had everything we neeed in the house. Explored Pensacola beach and loved it. Owner flexible in allowing us to stay one address due to storm. Recommend highly.

Nice Place to Stay

Easy check in process. House clean and very comfortable. Appreciated the small details like the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner travel size bottles on each of bathroom sinks. The pool was perfect and we spent a lot of time in it.

Charming Property with Pool Near Five Flags Speedway

My family stayed at this property for 8 nights. The house had all the modern amenities one would expect including comfortable bedding, full kitchen with Keurig coffee machine, swimming pool and game room with a very nice foosball table, ping pong, air hockey, billiards table, and a tv with karaoke machine. We used a couple of these, but not all of them as we spent much of our time in Pensacola which was about a 20-30 minute drive from the house. It was an easy drive to town and beaches. Accessing the property was as simple as I have ever had with a vacation rental and the property manager we communicated with through the Vrbo application was very responsive whenever we messaged them with questions. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. This last part of my review is to clarify the rating of 3 stars I left for the overall score. I am very particular and have high standards. There were a few things that were in disrepair or constructed of lower quality materials in the house and while this did not affect our enjoyment of the property, I do believe that someone expecting to stay at a 5 star property would have been disappointed. An example is that the bathroom flooring was laminate that was pealing up and the shower faucet was separating from the wall. Additionally, the closet door in the bunk bedroom was broken. To give credit to the owner, the flooring in the main living room and throughout the hallway appears to have been recently replaced with wood and was nice.

Fantastic Stay!

We had a wonderful stay for our family Thanksgiving. The house and property were perfect. Clean, modern, spacious, comfortable, a great place to stay. The game room was great for a few days of fun family competition. We will definitely be staying again!

Great vacation house!

This house was perfect for our group! Spacious and lots of things to keep the kids busy. The owners of the house were responsive and made the checking in and out seemless. If you are near this area I highly recommend staying at this property.

Great place for family time.

The house and pool are beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay here. The pool floaties are not as pictured and we were informed the day of check-in that the inflatable hot tub had been popped. Be sure to pack your own basic cleaning products for daily use and extra bath tissue as we ran out the day prior. The coffee maker is a Keurig so bring your own pods as well. The hosts were prompt at answering any questions and the house is in a convenient location. Neighborhood is fairly quiet and neighbors are nice.
