Welcome to Palacio 202, a beautifully appointed vacation rental condo in Perdido Key, Florida just steps from the emerald-green waters of the Gulf. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom second-floor retreat comfortably sleeps up to six guests and features wide beach views, a fully equipped kitchen and access to premium resort amenities. Whether you're here for a quiet coastal getaway or a week of sun-filled fun, Palacio 202 is perfectly positioned to deliver both comfort and convenience.

Step inside and feel the stress melt away. The open-concept living space offers plush furnishings, a large TV and sweeping Gulf views through floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s the ideal space to relax after a day on the beach or gather for movie night. The adjacent kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and the dining area comfortably seats your group for meals or card games.

The primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king bed, private en suite bath with tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a king bed and easy access to the second full bath. We've stayed at a lot of places in Perdido, but this was hands down one of our favorites!! We WILL be returning!! The view was fantastic, the walk to the beach was super short and easy, and plenty of yummy restaurants nearby! The condo itself was very spacious at an amazing price! Perfect for our family of 4. It was clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this place!!!

Amazing place to stay!

We absolutely love staying in Perdido Key at the Palacio! The views are always breathtaking and the area always has so much to offer. We had a really difficult time checking in and the 24 hr help line number did not work when we needed it too. However, in the morning the rental company contacted us and was very apologetic about the major inconvenience and did make things right! We will definitely be back again in the future!

Property was great. Short distance to the beach. Loved that the beach chairs were with the condo. Loved 2 king beds , I would invest in room darkening curtains for the guest bedroom, but we just added a blanket to block out all the light!! Overall the property was great!

This unit felt less finished than the one we stayed in last year. The cover on the fluorescent light in the kitchen was missing, many empty nails from decorations or pictures, dishwasher didn’t work (reported), ceiling fan in the primary is way off balance and noisy(reported).

Everything was wonderful! My only complaint is the lack of working elevators. It took us 20 mins to catch an elevator the day we left in order to get all of our luggage downstairs. Every floor we stopped on had people waiting to get on the elevator.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Palacio. The condo was spacious, clean, and very nice. The view is Beautiful. The walkway to the beach was very short, they have a mat that goes out on to the sand that makes it very easy to walk on. The pool was great! They had staff on sight which is very helpful. The only suggestion I would make is to get a mattress toppers to make the beds more comfortable, they are very hard.to sleep on. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Quick get away

Felt like there was plenty of room for us all. Loved the big shower and tub!!! Very relaxing. Beach was clean. Hot tub was closed the whole time we were there. If you want more of a quiet family atmosphere, then this is the place. If you want more of a party atmosphere, you’ll have to drive a little ways back into Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. We wanted the quiet and relaxed…so we loved it here!!!

We had a great stay; however, a few things need addressing such as the sliding glass door is extremely hard to open. It really needs some attention. The unit was not well stocked and could use blankets, additional dish towels, large bowls, cookie sheets, a pair of scissors and a few more sharp knives. Also a Keurig coffee pot would be nice.

Overall, the experience was wonderful. Located in paradise with perfect white sand beaches. I have no complaints. The unit itself could use a touch up job from excessive use. The kitchen could be furnished with some more useful cooking appliances instead of scratched up teflon pots. The dishwasher doesn't work, a handful of lightbulbs were out and the beds could be replaced. Otherwise, twas comfortable and I would graciously return.

Quick Girls trip!

Property location was great. Room was clean. View was wonderful. The parking lot was full when we came back in at night and had to park in overflow across the road which was fine, but we didn’t know the code for the keypad ahead of time. We called and got it so it was fine but wish we’d known beforehand. Also the cleaning service was opening our door twice before we left the morning of checkout. We left shortly after 9 so not sure why they were trying to come in when checkout was at 10?

Excellent location

Almost everything about this apartment was perfect. Great location, bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms were clean. Large balcony with a great view. Listening to the ocean while you eat breakfast is wonderful. If you are not traveling with kids and you dont want to hear them in the pool below you might want a higher floor, but for us it was ideal. The only negative I had was there were a few things in the kitchen that could have been cleaner. Reaplace the mugs in the cupboard, and maybe clean the inside of the the drawers and cabinets. It wasnt a deal breaker for us but something that needs attention.

Poor beach availability

Beach service monopolized the beach the entire width of the property for 4 rows at least 30 feet between rows. This left a ton of unused space since those who bring their own chairs are not allowed there. That left a sliver of beach between Palacio and the next property to be fought over! I would never visit Palacios again for that reason

Retirement Retreat

This was a great location for a few fun nights with friends celebrating retirement! The condo looked just like the online pictures. Communication with the management was easy to obtain. Not a big deal, but we were disappointed to not have any ice (no ice maker or trays) provided. The boardwalk needed some maintenance on screw heads sticking up and we saw someone out tending to those the day before we left. We found everything in the condo very clean except for the tile floors which turned bare feet black. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay and would return.
