Stay was great. The room and hotel were nice and clean. My only complaint was our shower was very clogged. I reported it when we checked out. I feel certain they fixed it. I will definitely stay again.
I liked how close it was to everything. My room was extremely dirty. I had to dust everything before I went to bed because the dust was so bad. It was filthy.
I expected better conditions, our bathroom was falling apart due to water damage. I’ve stayed here several times, but will not again. The building is in need of overall renovations.
There are so many items to address; Check-in was okay; staff was friendly enough. Got into room, only 2 sets of towels (4 of us checked in) hubby goes to front desk to get 2 more sets for grandkids; clerk asks him for dirty towels; he says we just checked in; no dirty towels; she gave him 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth, no wash cloth for hubby. Shower head holder needed repair; the screw holding the fixture on wall for towels was so loose. couldn't put towels back on or to hang, towels fell off. Tried to call front desk; phone didn't work. The bed my husband and grandson slept on was so uncomfortable; grandson kept rolling toward hubby; hubby put chair next to bed to prevent him from rolling off bed. Stains on top cover; ended up on floor; hopefully they washed it. The next morning I told desk clerk about the issues with shower and wall fixture; she told me she would send someone up right away. As for phone, was told none of them in the rooms work, although I wasn't told about it when I checked in. The breakfast items offered were not great, but we made it work. The back parking lot was sketchy; an abandoned van, filled with stuff; flat tire; covered in dirt, moss; why hasn't it been towed away?
They do not offer daily housekeeping they only clean rooms that check out if you need anything for your room, you have to go to the front desk and hope somebody’s there. I stood there for 30 minutes and nobody come to the desk definitely would not be staying and if I could get my money back and had went somewhere else I would have on the it allows pets so the hallway smell. It smells outside from where they use the bathroom and it’s not cleaned up

Large suite 316 had one dead bug, maybe a rosch. Breakfast wasn’t the best but it worked for 6 nights. It was affordable for our beach trips to Pensacola. Homeless or criminals also reside here. Did not use pool. Laundry needs updated. 35% was out of order. Not very clean room.
It was terrible A/C didnt work.Tiny bugs in room can't get clean towels unless you bring down old used towels . Don't clean rooms but ever 4 sheetexchange them
