Relax, Unwind and Enjoy the Sunset

You will love this fully furnished lakefront 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch style home.
Comfortable new interior renovations include a spacious living area with new wood and tile flooring throughout, fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances (great gas stove), laundry room with washer and dryer, updated bathrooms and a large screened patio overlooking the lake. Walk to the intercoastal waterway beach in minutes for fishing or swimming

The space
* Age requirement is 25+ to rent. No third party bookings. No
exceptions to this rule. You may be asked to present ID upon
arrival
* NO Smoking
* NO parties or loud music.
* Boats, trailers, jet skis, campers and motor homes are
prohibited.

We do have outdoor cameras and keyless entry. You will have a unique keyless entry password assigned only to you. There are no interior cameras for your privacy. We really value our home and want to keep it as nice as possible. Please be respectful and courteous. Our house is perfect for guests who want a quiet, peaceful stay.

Loved the screened in back porch the most! The fibber game was cute. The house had plenty of games. 10 min from Johnson Beach access- go early in the day. Midday that 10 min turns to an hour or more on popular days. House was nice and open. Master mattress was comfy. Temp was comfy. All-in-All great stay!

Great location and value for super nice and clean home.

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in to this home~it is even better in person than photos! It smelled fresh and clean and was spacious for our group while visiting our son at Corry Station. Close enough to beaches as well as Publix, Target or Walmart. We had an awesome seafood meal at The Point restaurant. The back fenced in yard overlooking the lake is peaceful and the lawn is plush and perfect for the kids to throw ball, etc. This home had all the extras for meal prep or necessary toiletries and extra cozy blankets. Rick and Robin are super organized and on top of it! Thanks for a great stay! Would definitely return, highly recommend!

Stayed for the Beach and The Blues!

Very peaceful and quiet location. Very comfortable and warm house. Just a few miles from Johnson Beach if that is what you want. Watched plenty of sunsets on the beach and back at the house in 5 minutes. Will stay again.

Reality is better than the pictures

This home is a gem. Beautifully decorated, wonderful outdoor spaces, with a fully equipped kitchen in a quiet neighborhood. The owner is a gem, too. Very helpful. Always available to answer questions. While our stay was a busy one, you can relax and unwind here.
