Seabird Shack: Dog Friendly, Downtown Pensacola!

Welcome to the Pensacola bungalow “Seabird Shack”. A spacious 3-bedroom, 1-bath historic home that features amenities, linens and hardwood flooring. Bring along your four-legged friends (pet fee required) so they can enjoy the fenced-in backyard while you relax on the patio. Please make sure to pay the pet fee or a penalty fee is added of $100 as well as the $100 pet fee if the pet staying is undisclosed. Pensacola is "the oldest city established in America" and it all began downtown. Enjoy our rich history and beautiful white beach while you visit us. Just minutes from downtown, this spot also features easy access to Pensacola Beach, Naval Air Station, and many other Pensacola hotspots! Be sure to check the Pensacola event calendar - we are known as the “Festival City of the South” and there is always something going on!

Tearing down the old homes and building new shotgun style homes are all around our Seabird Shack. The downtown Pensacola area is changing. Lots of new restaurants, bars, attractions and a minor league baseball stadium. Home to the Navy Blue Angels precision flying team (watch them practice on Tues/Wed am), 2017 Southern Champion Blue Wahoos Double A professional baseball team, and plenty of special events will keep you busy while you are here.

Fantastic location to our downtown Pensacola area. Historical to New homes, make sure you visit Joe Patti's' Seafood Shop, catch a Blue Wahoos baseball game or learn about the history of Pensacola while strolling the downtown streets. Of course, you are about 15 mins to our famous White Sandy Pensacola Beach. We Live Where Others Vacation.

We had a great stay. Close enough to everything, and a very short drive to the Naval Air Museum. The pup enjoyed the dog park around the corner too!

Great place to stay!

We were pleasantly surprised at the size and quaintness of the home. Nice quiet neighborhood yet close to downtown and the beach. Also has a nice back yard to grill out and lounge around in. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in the Pensacola area.

My stay was for a potential relocation to the area and this property gave me a wonderful launching point. It was conveniently located to everything I needed to check out. Also the property owner was very helpful with some tips on the area and with early check-in. Definitely would stay again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The house itself was very clean, comfortable and very roomy. Beds and furniture extremely comfortable. Host added personal touches such as a bottle of wine and an instruction book that answered all guest questionsWe were not able to use the yard for our 5 lb dog however. There were some breaches in fence, and gate. We ended up tethering her. The washing machine should have been replaced as it apparently had not been working for sometime. Unfortunately we had to use the laundromats during our 2 week stay All in all it was a pleasant trip and spent lots of time on the screened in porch.

Easy to check in. Comfortable Standard size bed plus two other bedrooms, it’s a cute beach cottage with large kitchen, washer & dryer, dining room, living room and tv room. 1 bathroom with a full size bathtub. Had to move the fallen driveway gate to park the car. Previous tenants had not swept the floors very well.

Located conveniently close to downtown, and not far at all from the beach! House smelled wonderful and clean when we went in. Cosmetically a little outdated, but was just fine for us.
