Please note: The tiki bar has closed for the winter and is scheduled to reopen Feb 1st. Come join the fun! Slow Mo at the Purple Parrot Resort is ideal for those that want to be close to the beach but away from the crowds!

This beautiful one bedroom cottage is conveniently located near the stunning resort style swimming pool and Tiki Bar/Grill.

Imagine yourself sunbathing, listening to live music while sipping on your favorite island drink and cooling off under the cave waterfall.

This cottage has recently been stylishly renovated with a coastal theme. It is a ground level unit and parking is directly in front.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, our unit comes with a new king size bed, two large flat screen TV’s, queen size sleeper sofa, two comfortable chairs, screened - in porch, wireless internet, cable and washer/dryer.

Perdido Key has many excellent restaurants, but, if you prefer dining in-our kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for the avid chef.

The Purple Parrot Resort is a Key West style resort located on the barrier island of Perdido Key. It’s just three minutes away from beautiful white sand beaches. In addition to the large outdoor pool with two waterfalls and island hot tub, the resort also boasts an indoor pool which is heated during the cooler months, an indoor hot tub, two saunas and a fitness center.

The resort is surrounded by amenities, including golf, swimming, world-class fishing, marina, miles of beachcombing and great restaurants.

The condo was perfect! It looks just like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the time we spent there. The facilities are showing their age, and need some updating, but we still enjoyed them. The tiki bar was closed while we were there, but that was not the fault of the owners.

This was our second time to stay at Slow Mo. The decor is minimal but very tasteful.Well stocked kitchen. Only negative, we are in middle 70's and the bed is too high and toooo soft. A place to put personal items in the shower would be great.My husband plays in a Pensacola retired military golf tournament so we hope to be back in 2026.

The unit was very clan and comfortable. The pool was nice. They have music at the Tiki Bar you can hear it a little from the unit but it’s not that bad. Perdido key is laid back and quiet but still close to Pensacola and Orange Beach. The one setback is that if you have anyone above you with kids it’s quite annoying. All that said we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. The just Fred was very responsive to any questions or needs we had.

Peaceful coastal style retreat

Our family came down for my grandson‘s first birthday. The condos and the surrounding area were very clean. The pool was fantastic for a one-year-old. Everyone was very nice and we had a great time. The only thing that I saw that might need some attention are the front steps to our condo 17 . We will be recommending the Purple Parrot Resort.

The property was very clean and neat. There was plenty of linen for the sofa bed as well as towels. It smelt very good when we arrived very cozy and quiet the tiki bar and the beach area.
