These Views are Truly Breathtaking!!!

This spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo sleeps 6 with a brand new king size bed and mattress in the master bedroom, and an en suite bathroom. There's a cozy queen size bed in the second bedroom and even a brand new sleeper sofa in the newly redecorated living room! This fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all of the comforts of home and for all you coffee lovers this kitchen comes equipped with a drip coffee maker. The dining room table is also brand new. Enjoy breathtaking Gulf views from the living and dining room areas, or sit on the balcony with your favorite drink in hand to watch sunrises and sunsets, and even a dolphin or two. Take a swim in the warm Gulf waters, or choose from one of SeaSpray's 2 refreshing beach side pools to cool off in. There is a well equipped beach front fitness center so you can get in your workout, and even a hot tub to relax in afterward! Take a short walk over to SeaSpray's Riverside and enjoy the grill, the marina and boat slip or our newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts. You can even cool off in our third pool, while watching the boats cruise up Perdido Key's gorgeous Ole River. Come and make memories you will always cherish in this spacious, newly redecorated beach front condo!
Must be 25 to rent.
Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day.

Excellent Condo

We booked this condo last minute due to a cancelation and it was more than we could have asked for. It was in a quiet part of town and the condo was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

Cozy and beautiful

The property was perfect, especially in terms of closeness to the beach (it’s right on the beach) and coziness. Upon arriving, we went immediately out on the balcony and looked out at the beautiful view. It’s very clean, spacious, and easy to navigate. Great pool too :)

Great Time, Except...

End of September, 2021...Location was great! Size of condo & most finishes were good & there is a great view from the balcony. Carpeting in the living room, dining room, and bedrooms is NASTY!!! We had to vacuum the entire condo as soon as we unpacked our bags, as it had not been vacuumed. We also had to clean the guest bathroom sink & toilet area, as they had some kind of dirt particles all over the them. Wiped them off with wet paper towels. Carpet throughout needs to be replaced. Guest bed could use a new mattress. Everything else was good.

Such a beautiful view of the water!!! The condo was so clean and roomy. Just steps to the ocean. Management was very friendly!!! Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place with beach access. My only complaint is the bed in the second bedroom is a bit uncomfortable but that may just be personal preference. I'd stay again.
