The home features four bedrooms and three and a half baths, all conveniently located on the main floor and arranged for relaxed, comfortable vacation living. Sleeping accommodations include:
Primary Guest Room: Queen bed with ensuite bath featuring a walk-in shower
Guest Room 2: Two full beds with access to a full bath with tub/shower combination
Guest Room 3: Queen bed with access to a half bath
Guest Room 4 / Family Suite: Queen bed plus a twin-over-full bunk bed, with an adjacent sleeping area featuring an additional queen bed; access to a nearby full bath with shower

The open-concept kitchen is the heart of the home, centered around a large island that invites gathering, cooking, and conversation. A spacious dining area flows seamlessly from the kitchen, making shared meals easy and memorable.

With two separate family rooms, the cottage offers plenty of breakaway space—perfect for multi-generational groups, kids' hangout zones, or quiet evenings by the fire. Large windows throughout fill the home with natural light and highlight the surrounding woods, enhancing its warm mid-century character. The lower level includes a washer and dryer along with a ping-pong table for indoor fun.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 14 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
