The Space:

This 100 m² home blends rustic charm and modern comfort. It accommodates up to 6 guests, with 4 in the main house and 2 in the fully equipped detached guesthouse.



The living spaces are centered around a bright inner patio, ideal for lounging in the sun or enjoying a quiet evening under the shade sail.



Inside the main house, you’ll find:

• A bright living room with direct patio access

• A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, coffee maker…)

• 2 cozy bedrooms (1 upstairs, 1 ground floor)

• 3 modern bathrooms

• A separate WC

• A private outbuilding perfect for a couple or remote work, with its own sleeping and seating area



Outside:

• A peaceful patio with shade sail and lounge area

• A garden with two wooden dining tables for shared meals

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire property: the main house, the annex, the garden, and the central patio.

The arrival can be made according to your preference:

The house is located in Périgny, a calm and charming suburb just outside La Rochelle. You’ll enjoy the peaceful setting while being only 10 minutes away from the city center by car. Local shops, bakeries, and a weekly market are just minutes away, and cycling paths make it easy to explore the area.
