We needed more pillows and that was not a problem for the staff, if there was no staff on duty then we would have been stuck.so why not put 4 in each room.and we was told that breakfast was fully booked so your loss, how can you be full up.?

HĂŽtel correct, mais personnel Ă  revoir, enfin le personne gĂ©rant l’accueil. Je souhaitais payer en chĂšques vacances et je l’ai spĂ©cifiĂ© directement sur ma rĂ©servation. Une fois arrivĂ© : j’avais Ă©tĂ© prĂ©levĂ©. La personne de l’accueil me dit que l’on pourra me rembourser et que je puisse payer avec mes chĂšques avant mon dĂ©part. Enfin, quand je suis retournĂ©e voir cette personne elle m’a indiquĂ© que c’était trop tard et qu’il avait clĂŽturer la chambre. Vraiment déçu par le discours tenu et surtout un air condescendant. C'est efficace, mais manque de chaleur humaine. Du thĂ© ou du cafĂ© dans les chambres seraient apprĂ©ciĂ©s car la machine Ă  cafĂ© Ă  l'accueil ne marche pas. Tout Ă  fait acceptable pour un arrĂȘt rapide, chambre propre et de taille correcte, code pour entrer dans la chambre, donc pratique, mais froid. HĂŽtel en bordure d'autoroute assez bien.
