Welcome to this beautiful traditional Breton house, full of Perros-Guirec charm, offering 110 m² of living space and completely renovated in 2022. Combining character and modern comfort, this bright and welcoming home is perfect for family holidays or trips with friends on the stunning Pink Granite Coast.

You will enjoy a lovely sea view and a large enclosed 700 m² garden, ideal for relaxing, outdoor dining, and welcoming pets.

Ideal location:
• The harbor of Perros-Guirec is only a 5-minute walk away, with local shops including a bakery, grocery store, restaurants, cafés, and more.
• The beaches of Trestraou and Trestrignel, as well as the town center, are only a 5-minute drive away.
• Bus line E stops right next to the house and allows:

* direct access from Lannion train station,
* easy transportation to the beaches and town center without needing a car.

The house can accommodate up to 9 guests and includes 4 bedrooms, one of which is a master suite:

Maison très agréable, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. La literie est de qualité.Les 2 points qui nous ont moins plu, ce sont les caméras de vidéosurveillance extérieures placés à différents endroits sur le terrain ainsi qu'une seul et unique sac poubelle pour 4 jours. Malgré cela, très bon séjour. Le sentier des douaniers est magnifique.
