Private: terraced garden (fenced) with trees. 50 m long steep motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 300 m, supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bakery 3 km, bus stop 450 m, sandy beach "Plage de Trestignel" 950 m, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 9 km, sailing school 3 km. Bretonische Meerblick-Villa
Wunderschönes klass. bretonisches Haus am Hang mit einem tollen Meerblich über die Bucht von Perros-Guirec. Schöne, schon etwas ältere Einrichtung, perfekte Küche -alles vorhanden, sensationelle Terrasse, viel Platz - großes Hang Grundstück , steile Einfahrt - aber selbst mit VW-Bus gut machbar, jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder.

Horrible séjour ayant gâché nos vacances
Quel manque de respect de la part d'Interchalet et le propriétaire qui nous ont accueilli dans un logement très sale, en plein covid ! En prime, draps troués, odeur nauséabonde de vieux, ustensile qui ne fonctionne pas, réfrigérateur immonde avec reste de nourriture collée, four pas lavée depuis des lustres, carreaux noirs de crasse gâchant la vue, c'est scandaleux et je comprends maintenant pourquoi cette location était la seule disponible en dernière minute, nous avons fui le lendemain et renouer avec la propreté, quel bonheur.
