We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. Weâre happy to consider early check-in and late check-out requests, though these options are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Our cleaners charge a fee $50 per hour for this service. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior to arrival. This offers peace of mind and a smooth, stress-free start to your stay.
For stays of one month or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean will be provided as a condition of the rental. The cost of this clean will be covered by the property owner. For stays extending beyond one month, a complimentary clean will be scheduled every fortnight.
