Breakfast was a little dry, the tables were sticky. why cant tables be wiped with warm soapy water and a cloth. over spraying the chemicas just makes them sticky. The food was slightly not as fresh and toast just partly toasted. Bed and pillows verty Hard and my son on the sofa bed could only feel the springs. there was no shower gel in the bottles and had to go to the night porter to see if he can fill the bottle. a room of three and yet therr was only 2 cups.

Food was awful, we attended a celebration and the function room was very cold throughout the evening, making it quite uncomfortable, the dining room was also very cold, I had to put on an outdoor jacket to eat breakfast. There were 2 dogs in the Diningroom when we were eating breakfast, we found this to be unacceptable whilst we were eating. Overall we were disappointed in the hotel.

Breakfast hot and fresh. Could be more accessible for Perth if there was transport - if you don't have your own car it is difficult to get into Perth to shop. Really enjoyed the experience and the staff are really great.

Had a lovely break. All staff were welcoming and friendly and we were made to feel ‘very at home’. Unfortunately we felt the cleanliness of our room was below the standard we expected but overall we enjoyed our stay.
