Mandurah cozy holiday self contained granny flat

No smoking inside/ outside of the property. Smokers are NOT welcomed.
This 1BR self contained double brick granny flat which comfortably fits two adults. It's not a big place but feels spacious and cozy. High ceilings with glass bricks gives you more space than ordinary flat.
There is a house in the same premise which is also running as Airbnb but the flat is totally independent so our guests can keep their privacy. Guests might see other guests occasionally and shares part of drive way.

False advertising

It’s not a cozy cottage stay when there’s no privacy. The back yard is open with the house . I probably should have read it better and I couldn’t fit my Ute in the of street parking , there was no details of the address so I ended up texting the owner and got a prompt reply with easy instructions to get in. The booking said for one when I put 2 adults in. So only 1 old towel provided Didn’t even stay in the end so easy money for the owner

I would give this property one star if I could. It is nothing like the photos

It is a hot box, you can’t have the tv on while the air conditioner is on. The couch is all stained. The back yard is full of grass seeds. The washing machine sounds like it’s going to smash through the wall. The owner provided cereal, which are boxes that have already been opened. They rent the house out as well as the granny flat. If both property were being rented, you are sharing the back yard. It has no windows, only one sliding door. If there was a fire you wouldn’t be able to escape. All the photos of the property are old and are falsely advertising the property. They charge you cleaning fees, for what

A cosy, quiet, self contained unit.

The unit is located at the back of the property so you don't hear road noise. It feels very secure and there is a space to park off the street. The bed is very comfortable and with nice sheets. Nice shower. The DVD player wasn't set up properly but we were able to fix that after changing the cables. It is fine now. Thank you for providing kitchen essentials and a washing machine. The fridge gurgles at night. I highly recommend this property for your stay.
