The house is located on a 10,000 m2 shared plot, where there are also houses CKB294 and CKB295, which is well suited for a combined stay of several families. The ambience and nature in this area are unique and there are many interesting places to visit. For example, visit the source of the river Gacka. You should definitely taste grilled trout in the restaurants in the area. Also explore the memorial Memorijalni centar Nikola Tesla in Smiljan, the birthplace of the world famous physicist. A 400 m long gravel road leads to the object.
