The Mountain Lane Guesthouse is a quiet stand alone home atop a garage on the
property. The guesthouse boasts modern amenities, comfy beds, and offers plenty of
space to relax.
The guesthouse is located just 8 miles outside of Leavenworth providing easy access to
all the activities the area has to offer. Enjoy all four seasons of activities including hiking,
biking, skiing and rafting.
The Space
This is a spacious 950 sq ft modern home with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a large living
area, a large bathroom and a laundry room.
The kitchen boasts top of the line appliances and equipment, providing you with
everything you need to easily whip up a home-cooked meal. There is a Keurig, a drip
coffee maker and a tea kettle.
The living room has a large sectional sofa and smart flatscreen tv. It is stocked with
favorite board games, puzzles and activities for kids.
Both bedrooms have upgraded queen mattresses and bedding, flatscreen TVs and
blackout blinds.
The bathroom is easily accessible from the hallway. There is a large shower and heated
floors throughout.
The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. You will also have access to an
ironing board and clothing iron.
In the summer months, head down the outer stairwell where you can enjoy the gas grill
and outdoor seating area.
You will have access to the private hiking and snowshoeing trails leading to incredible
views of Blewett Pass and the Wenatchee Valley.

Per county code the maximum number of Guests is 4 (includes children) & no day guests. Strictly enforced.
No pets allowed (no exceptions)
Max vehicle parking is 3.
No Smoking Allowed anywhere on property (no exceptions)
No Events Allowed.
Must be 25 or older to reserve.
Do not use or block the lower driveway or the drive-through carport area.
Garage not included with this rental and please no parking in front of that garage.
No parking to the left of the mother-in-law.
Do not disturb the people living in the other home on the property. If issues arise, please contact us directly. Thank you for respecting their privacy.
THINGS TO NOTE:
The guesthouse is adjacent to the main house on the property and above the owner's
garage. The garage and adjacent parking is not included with this rental. The main
home on the property is full time owner occupied. There will be owner activity on the
property.
There is one camera on the garage facing outward at the driveway and there is a
camera on the other residence also facing outward towards the driveway, but they are
not pointed at any private spaces with this rental.
WINTER GUESTS:
**We cannot stress this enough**
This driveway has a significant slope. When snow and ice are on the ground,
4WD/AWD vehicles with good traction tires are necessary. Chains are recommended for
all and are a must for 2WD vehicles.
While we do our very best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded at all times, winter
conditions can change rapidly and make access both to and from challenging.
Please be prepared and plan accordingly.
