Summary:
Venture north and experience a fabulous family getaway at this vacation rental in Peshtigo, Wisconsin! The house is situated on a lovely 13-acre lot, 5 minutes from Peshtigo River (lots of fishing). There is a fire pit and closed garage to store all your toys.

The 3-bed, 2-bath house is updated with modern appliances, a smart TV with Netflix, along with a gorgeous wood burning fireplace, and extensive back deck.

The Neighborhood:
secluded house with a long driveway to get to the house. Your next ranch house gateway on a 13 acres lot will provide you all the privacy you and your family or friends needs. Nearby the Peshtigo river just a few blocks away.

This is an okay place to stay. It's quiet. It's roomy. It's very clean. But the king-sized bed in the master bedroom and the queen-sized bed in another bedroom are terrible. They are so low to the floor, it's hard to climb out of them. They are also uneven and spongy. If you prefer a mattress has any firmness at all, you will dislike these mattresses.The beds are so bad and we lost so much sleep, we checked out a day early. To make matters worse, when I brought the beds to the attention of the host, he did not acknowledge the feedback I gave him.

Lack of Communication and Confusing Follow-Up

Due to a family emergency, we were unable to make the trip and notified the host through the VRBO messaging platform ahead of time. We had paid the full amount at booking and kindly asked if any portion of the cleaning fee could be waived, given that the property was not used.Unfortunately, we never received a response. Oddly, we later received a message thanking us for staying and for leaving the place clean—despite clearly communicating that we would not be coming.The lack of acknowledgment and follow-up was disappointing.

Great private place to stay!

My wife, dog and I had a great stay here! We loved the acreage and the privacy this home afforded. The inside of the home was spacious and nicely finished. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again when in the area!

Mostly good

I say mostly good because when we arrived, the place had never been cleaned from the last. Had to wash all bedding, towels before use. We had no AC at 1st and they were very accommodating to get that fixed! Very quiet and peaceful setting and would return.

Birthday getaway

So I rented this little house for my daughter and her boyfriend for her 21at birthday. She wanted a little place out in the country away from all the crazyness of every day life. This little place is close enough to town but it doesn't seem like it. It has a cute private deck for lounging and so many things to do in the area. They had such a nice time and very much enjoyed staying at the ranch. I too thought the house was very nice and if ever in the area would highly recommend this cute little out of the way spot.

We had baseball/softball tournaments in the area and found this on Vrbo! It was a huge bonus that it allowed dogs. It came in super handy that we could use the big shed on the property as it rained all weekend. We were able to set up all our chairs, canopy, ball bags, etc. so it could all dry out. The Ranch had everything we needed. If our kids make tournament team next year, we'll be back for sure!

Nice quiet getaway

Good location just outside town with nice yard and deck. Very clean but some unfinished renovation of bar area and renovation supplies left in master closet was unexpected. Needed a lamp and side table for the living room, but overall a nice place to stay.

Little Family Staycation

We chose to stay in Peshtigo due to it’s location be so close to MI. It allowed us to visit the places we wanted to see with just a 30 min drive. The home is very spacious and was more than enough space for our family of 4. We stayed with a 16 month and 2 month old. The beds are comfy but very low to the ground. The sectional couch is also very comfortable. The property is definitely large enough to host a some family gathering which we may do at another time.

Peshtigo experience!

We had a great time at the Peshtigo Ranch! The place itself was spacious, clean, and quiet. It was great to just hang out at the house, and there were plenty of destinations within a short drive to keep us busy. Looking forward to going back up there sometime soon!
