The place was clean and neat. Nice having a bathroom with each bedroom. I would have liked to have one bedroom on the first floor because one of my friends has difficulty with stairs. It was located within a reasonable distance from downtown and better yet located almost across the road from a mini store although a little pricey what we got was great. The condo doesn’t have AC. fans are provided and the time of the year that we went it was fine. The VRBO app had a spot stating Check In that was in blue but when you clicked on it just informational without specific details to enter the property the day of. Messaged the Host without a response. After going back to the app a number of times realized that you had to scroll further down where there is another spot indicating Check In that had the instructions. The Host messaged me back the day before we were leaving stating that VRBO was managing this information. I don’t believe the Host realized the customer view through the app and the information not being visible in the first logical spot. We have had a different experience each time that we have booked through VRBO and I will say that the best times that we have had have been having communication with the Host. I had never been to Petosky so having someone familiar with the area giving suggestions would have been helpful. Overall we had a good experience.

This is a clean and comfortable townhouse in a great location. It's just a short drive from downtown Petoskey, and the beach is practically next door. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms are clean and have decent water pressure i the shower, and there is plenty of space for a group of adults. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we appreciated the 12-cup coffee pot so we could make a bunch of coffee at once each morning.

We enjoyed the location so close to the State park. I think directions should point out the driveway is shared with Chester's Condos. We had some difficulty finding the place the first time.

Easy check in, kitchen fully stocked. Comfortable furniture, nicely decorated. Overall a nice place! No air-conditioning which made our evenings uncomfortable. Plenty of fans which helped. A great place for cooler seasons.

Our 3rd year at condo

Excellent condo, very clean, very comfortable, well-stocked...great location next to State Park....short walk, great trails, beautiful beach!! We were there during 90 degree heat and high humidity....excellent windows, fans, ..we had hoped for air conditioning only to find out they are installing air very soon. We WILL be back for year #4! Highly recommend!

Friends wedding at Bay Harbor Marina

We were in town to attend a wedding at the Bay Harbor Marina. The location of the property was great. Close to downtown Petosky, the marina, parks, distillery, and walking/biking trails. The unit is a townhouse with plenty of room. It is clean and well appointed. The best part is each room has it own bathroom and there is a darling little porch out back to relax on. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely Townhouse

We had a very comfortable stay at this well appointed townhouse. It is located within easy walking distance of the state park, with great beach access. We also appreciated being an easy drive from both downtown Petoskey and Harbor Springs, and right down the street from a local grocery and excellent bakery. We took advantage of the restaurants and the natural beauty of the area, and even the days we had to work were nice in this unit. Highly recommend!

Fall trip Petoskey area

very convenient to the bike trail, State park and quiet neighbors. Inside of property kept up well. recommend if you're a bicyclist. Didn't need to communicate with owner, everything self evident.
