It was literally just okay. Property has a worn in but modern feel and is clean. Nothing to write home about and the pictures on line are from when they opened not recent as everything looks worn in and well used. May or may not stay here again as there are better options in the area. What gives them an extra star in my opinion is the staff. They are exceptional for the front desk to the housekeeping crew.

It was in a very convenient location for all of the things we wanted to see. The room was small but comfortable. Just a note that the cooling system was loud if that bothers you. My husband, who needs white noise, thought it eas perfect, though (I always sleep with ear plugs so I was fine, too). Room was very clean. Would happily stay here again!

I’ve never had a worse check-in experience. I arrived at 6 PM, and my room wasn’t ready. No one offered help with my bags, and valet parking was full. The manager, Reje, was very rude and didn’t offer any apology or alternative check-in options. The area around the hotel felt unsafe and dirty, with very poor restaurant choices. Additionally, the A/C in the room was extremely loud.

We stayed here for three nights to enjoy all Philly has to offer for the 4th of July. The hotel has a modern eclectic urban vibe that is so much fun. The check in process is easy. The employees are friendly and helpful. It is centrally located and easy walking distance to all historic sites or train or bus stations to venture out further.
