Very nice hotel in a great, walkable, safe location. We stayed two nights and didn’t receive housekeeping services because they were offered at such a late time and we were spending that time in our room. The front desk service with check in and check out was great. Our room was quiet except that we were near the Linen Room and the door slammed all day during room turnover. Overall, we would give Canopy another chance.

Room was good, check in staff was very friendly, the hostess though for breakfast this morning was less than friendly. Many people were waiting for about 5 minutes with no hostess in sight. When she finally came, she grabbed some food and served a guest. Then she told the group of us to clear the area we were standing in , it was for the wait staff. As she left, without addressing us otherwise I asked about seating, she instructed us it would be a few minutes. Another guest asked if she was throwing us out…I said yes. We took our party of 3 and spent our $60 for breakfast elsewhere.

The property is off of a major street in the middle of downtown. There is no city in America where downtown is clean. The hotel is in a perfect spot for walking, eating, and sightseeing. Great staff. Once I received a suite for being tardy to check-in.
