Our family of 4 stayed here the weekend of 4/25/25 for Monster Jam. We would most certainly stay here again. The unit was clean and well-appointed and looked just like the photos. The rooftop area was also as pictured and provided beautiful views of the skyline. The Cozy Team provided excellent communication in a timely manner. Fishtown is lovely and extremely walkable. We felt safe walking around at night with our 5 and 11 year olds. There are many restaurants nearby. The only drawback was parking, which was very difficult to come by. We were able to park in a lot on Howard St about 3 blocks away on Friday around 6pm but the lot was full on Saturday when we came back around 8:30pm, so my husband circled several blocks for about 30 minutes before he found a spot. I would recommend parking your car for the duration of your trip and walking or using a ride share. We also realized early on that you can double park with your hazards on to load and unload your vehicle near the building, many cars were double parked briefly throughout our stay. Proximity to Lincoln Financial Field was great, with about a 15 minute ride with easy access to 95. Some reviews mention that you can hear the elevated train that runs nearby. Our unit was on the front of the building on Frankford Ave and we did not have any issues. 10/10 would recommend. Book it.

This place exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly shocked by how clean and modern the place was. The bed was comfortable, it was extremely spacious, and was so cozy. Another thing to add is the staff is exceptional with their communication. Any question or concern I had, they got back to me in a timely manner with the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend booking with them!

Will certainly book this property again!

Ideal location, close The balcony chairs need some cushions! The cleaning crew, 3rd floor, Monday afternoon, were loud, and unnerving. I respect what they do, but they were shouting to one another whilst working in the next room. Quiet hours were respected, and the bed/couch/stools were all very comfortable. All appliances are top-notch, and the water temperature and pressure are great.

Let me start with the positives: The hotel is very affordable, which is a plus, but it does come with some drawbacks. After the first night, I had to change rooms due to a broken bed, a malfunctioning Roku, and constant noise from a nearby train right outside the hotel. The new room was an improvement, but there was a strong chemical smell from cleaning products, and the bedroom had a noticeable odor of cigars. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, which was a bit inconvenient. One night, there was a loud party in another unit that lasted until 1 AM. While the hotel is well-designed and spacious, don't expect a flawless experience — there are definitely some issues to be aware of.
