My son and I stayed for 4 days and the hotel staff was amazing. It rained and the kind woman working the desk let us borrow an umbrella for the day. We enjoyed coffee and hot coco every evening from the lobby and kind smiles every time we walked by the front desk! Thank you.

The valet abandoned my car in the lot and it was towed. Hotel paid for the impound but would go and get it for me. The hotel itself is super dirty.

Wonderful stay at the PHS Flower Show

The staff were very professional and friendly. They allowed us to store our luggage at the beginning and end of the trip. Breakfast was adequate and free. We were prepared for the day. Perfect location for our day at the convention center and close to the Reading Market with a wide variety of foods. Wonderful!

Some pros and cons

PROS: Location was great for visit to Flower Show. Check in and out were easy. Property and room were clean. Employees were pleasant. Pretty good selection in the lobby "store" for snacks and drinks. CONS: Breakfast looked like it may have been good. Service was from 6-10 am. We got there about 8, but there were no seats to be had. We got coffee and tea and we were able to snag a few pastries to take back to our room. When we returned around 9, there were plenty of seats but not much food left. Looked like there had been bagels at one time, there were no pastries left, not even any forks! Things should have been replenished. Also, there was no evidence of any kind of fresh fruit or yogurts. TO THE HOTEL INDUSTRY IN GENERAL: why are tea drinkers discriminated against? There is always free coffee in rooms, but no tea bags!

The room had a heavy disinfectant odor and there was hardly any toilet paper on the roll with no extra roll anywhere to be found. It’s a good thing I was by myself! Also, no hairdryer. Tub had staining around the drain. Bed was comfortable and valet parking was convenient.

Nice hotel. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. It is two blocks from the Convention Center and we booked it to be close to the Flower Show. There is valet parking costs $57 a night and I was not sure how to access the valet parking area. Unfortunately it’s all part of driving into center city.

Hotel staff were friendly & accommodating. Did have a problem with the beds no spring cover being stained with something red/brown in color. We brought it to the attention of the front desk and manager. We were promised that maintenance would change the cover. This never happened during our stay. We placed a towel between the boxspring and the mattress.

Was given only 1 roll of toilet paper for a multiple day stay and when we called the front desk asking for more plus towels, we were hung up on and never received either. Door was also not on the hinges properly and had to lift to get it to open or close properly. Coffee (near breakfast area) was empty both days
