This was a great location, very close to Reading Terminal and an easy walk to many other locations around town. Great breakfast, friendly staff, nice and clean rooms.

The staff were very nice. They greeted you right off the elevator. The valet staff were also very efficient. But, I would have liked an option to park at a cheaper parking location. Our room was okay in size. The bathroom floor and room carpet were not as clean as I would have liked. The bathroom floor seemed sticky, so I had to keep shoes on. The carpet in between the beds had some white substance smeared into the carpet. My husband’s bed was nicely made. While my bed’s sheets were made with the sheet inside out and then it only had a small blanket that did not fit - instead of a comforter type duvet like my husband’s bed. Thankfully, he did not want the duvet - so he gave it to me to sleep on my bed. The breakfast was nice and we were able to enjoy it every morning - would have liked more choices but it was pretty good for breakfast that was included with the stay. All in all, most everything was good.

It’s very well located

It's very well located and the staff is friendly. I would have liked to give it a 5-star rating, but I can't, only because the A/C was perhaps out of control or misconfigured. It wasn't cold enough even when manually setting the temperature to 65°F. It only came on once during the night and remained off the rest of the night. We had several sleepless nights. Our stay was only one night, and we couldn't fully enjoy it. Everything else was very good.

My son and I stayed for 4 days and the hotel staff was amazing. It rained and the kind woman working the desk let us borrow an umbrella for the day. We enjoyed coffee and hot coco every evening from the lobby and kind smiles every time we walked by the front desk! Thank you.

The new girl was great on both the 1st and 2nd day. There was another young lady during checkout that was also really nice. The bartender was really good, nice and helpful with dinner recommendations. Everyone seemed warm and welcoming, except for the guy I think was the manager. I'm sorry I forgot names 🙁

The front desk were welcoming great! But, my room was never cleaned, when I requested my room cleaned ans beds done, housekeeping was sent, but all they did was take the trash and leave a bunch of towels on the sink. No complimentary water was provided.

The staff were very nice especially Queen at the front desk. She made us feel welcome and helped with our check in needs even though we arrived early. The other staff were all nice, respectful and made us feel welcome. Breakfast variety was good as well.

The valet abandoned my car in the lot and it was towed. Hotel paid for the impound but would go and get it for me. The hotel itself is super dirty.

Staff were friendly and kind. They helped us with whatever we needed. Breakfast, our first day, was very limited despite there being 2 hours left for breakfast. We weren’t able to eat certain items one they were out. However, the second day held more options. I would stay here again.
