The carpet in the room was nasty and stained, bathroom had mildew, there was giant hairball the size of a grapefruit on the floor outside my room, the carpets and floors in the hallway and elevator looked like they have never been cleaned, the card machine was broken so we had no room keys. The whole place was just very dirty. The only thing that was nice was the staff. They were all wonderful and the only reason I’m giving more that one star in any category.

This proprty is 4-star all the way. It is clean and beautifully landscaped. The staff is courteous and friendly. The room was lovely, temperate, and stocked with toiletries/towels. There is a Texas Roadhouse and Chick Fil-A restaurant across the parking lot so good eats are nearby. The breakfast was perfect; waffles, sausage, eggs, home fries, oatmeal, fruit, toast, cereal, etc., - all well supplied and hot. No complaints at all ... only praise.

Not worth the money for the upgrade

Staff was rude at check in and at breakfast time. Breakfast was limited. The hotel was going through construction at the time of our stay so the gym was closed. Room had holes in the paneling were it used to have lamps. Furniture was worn and outdated.

Mediocre during renovation

Our mattress was visibly needing replaced, lying on one side I felt I was going to roll right out. Back sore in morning. Going through renovation and breakfast served out by check in. Not ideal but it worked.

Ky trip

Even though there was construction going on, it didn't hamper our trip. The pool was open and the kids enjoyed that. The staff was very nice. The 2 gentlemen who did the breakfast buffet were awesome. One of them found a tray for me to carry my food back to my room. The buffet was very good. Our room was clean and kept up very well. A plus was right next door to Texas Roadhouse...

Our stay was spectacular! Even though the hotel is under public areas renovation, Check in was a breez - friendly and highly efficient. Room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Beds were very accomodating - not too soft, not too hard (including pillows). Same goes for blankets - not too thick, not too thin. Plenty of towels of all sizes. Overall, the room was surprisingly normal - no modern "improvements", like a single sliding door which covers either bathroom or wardrobe. No, bathroom had a separate, havy door, same for a wardrobe. And, wardrobe had a decent amount and variety of clithing hangars, as well as iron and iron and iron biard. Best of all - there was a table between beds and an alarm clock on the table!!!. Unfortunately, the time on the clock was 10 min less than our time zone and - no way to adjust it (unless you are Einstein or Edison).- but, it is too much to ask .nowdays!. Even TV was normal - ir had HDMI ports unobstructed!!! We were able to watch Prime TV shows via my laptop! Amazing! All in all - pleasant experience, notwithstanding renovation in the breakfast area.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and it is always clean and comfortable. The lobby and dining room were under renovation, so it was a little different. But the staff did an excellent job making sure everything was clean and breakfast, although limited, was adequate. We will return next time in the area.
