Large Rooms & Convenient Location

We stayed here for a sports tournament. This hotel was easy to get to with plenty of parking. The rooms were large and the air conditioner worked perfectly on a hot weekend. Room was clean. There is an outdoor pool shared with the other hotel. There was a small breakfast in the morning. This hotel got the job done.

Fire alarm

It was a good stay except for the fire alarm that went off but we didn't know it was only a test because there was no notification that they were doing it that day. Customer Service failed. Still a good stay, good breakfast selections.

Unfortunately, during my time at the hotel, I experienced an issue with ants in my room. I contacted the front desk and requested maintenance support, but no service was rendered during the remainder of my stay. Upon check-out, I spoke with Herrianne, who kindly recommended that I follow up with Guest Services directly. I have attached video documentation showing the issue in the room. She gave me the email to contact and I haven’t been in contact with guest service with no replies.

The room was comfortable except that the bathroom fan didn't work well, so that the bathroom steamed up with every shower and made it difficult to remain in the bathroom. We were very surprised to learn that unless you specifically request Housekeeping, no one comes into the room to check beds or towels. This was not something I was made aware of at check-in and they said it was because I had not booked with them directly. Breakfast offerings were good and part of the room fee, and we appreciated the inclusion of breakfast. Staff were friendly and hospitable.

Weekend Soccer Tournament

3 night stay for a soccer tournament. Very clean hotel with nice outside area with pool. Breakfast was decent. Great location next to The Prussia Mall with many dining options. Roy at front desk was welcoming and pleasant throughout our stay.
