Room smelled disgusting. One of the 2 rooms booked smelled so bad and fridge had something growing in it, that we crammed into one room. Shower was gross, so avoided that. Hairs found in the sheets, not ours. Miscellaneous hole in the bathroom wall had toilet paper stuffed in it. Overall grossed out and will not be back ever.

Over all my stay was lovely thank you for having me 🙏 I will be back… I see there under renovation which is ok … I wanna thank the night shift lady Marcella I believe her name was for being a wonderful night staff front desk lady keep the positive energy… I know front desk can be crazy sometimes but keep up the great work 💪 thanks for talking to me as I was waiting on my man …. I also seen the inspector before I left Tameika was her name awesome lady positive attitude love the vibe keep up the good work a thank you for all you do …

Our toilet got backed up I went to the front desk to see if they had a plunger to fix it the front desk told me that they didn’t so for my stay I had to use the bathroom in the lobby to go to the bathroom both times. I had the lights turn off on me as I was going to the bathroom leaving me in the dark. Then I went to use the shower in my room before checking out and nearly slipped and fell. I had purposely tried to stay in proximity closer to Citizens Bank Park as I flew into Philadelphia to attend the game. I will never stay at this property again. There was no breakfast, I was told there wasn’t going to be any coffee in the morning by front desk staff, nor were there any shuttles to the airport.

We left at 1am as the conditions were too terrible! Filthy hotel. Trash in the hallways, ripped and stained carpet, chipped and scuffed furniture, brown water pooled in bathtub, dirt on mattress, no pillow case liners…I could go on!!
