I am writing to formally request a refund for my recent hotel booking at the Wyndham property, where I checked in on May 9th. Upon entering the room, I was immediately alarmed by several unacceptable and unsafe conditions. These included visible blood stains on the bedsheets, black mold leaking from the ceiling, and a dangerous hole in the glass window at the front of the room. There were also several other maintenance and cleanliness issues that made the room completely uninhabitable. Due to the severity of these conditions, I informed the front desk immediately and left the property without staying. I do not believe it is reasonable to be charged for a room in such a hazardous state and am requesting a full refund for this booking. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution.

I only needed a place to stay after a late arriving flight. It did the job. The airport shuttle was convenient and a big help. The rooms are basic, modern, and clean. The lobby and breakfast area is large and clean. The only issue in appearance was in the hallways. The hallway carpet, lighting, and room doors are in need of an update, but nothing that would that would really impact my stay. This is a good hotel for a single-night stay when traveling and your flight schedule requires an airport stay.

Our stay was less than average. Hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel was in poor condition. Lights in elevator looked like they were about to fall out. Our rooms faucet in sink was not attached and moved freely. The carpeting throughout entire hotel was very stained. The side entrance to get into hotel with “room card only” was broke and anyone could access the hotel through there. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Got stranded at the PHL airport Monday evening and needed somewhere to stay. I was going to sleep in the airport but around 11pm I changed my mind and was able to get a room. It’s reasonably priced, close to the airport, and my room was clean and comfortable. TV was a little outdated, and the airport shuttle doesn’t run as frequently at night. Ended up taking an uber which cost around $45 at that time of night. But the morning shuttle was much better.
