Summary:

Our Loft Suite is a warm, quintessential Fishtown row-home style space meets chic and modern living, with plenty of room to move around, a generous dining/work area and full kitchen, outfitted with everything you need. These Loft Suites have a spacious King bedroom plus a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and Aesop amenities.



Parking available onsite for additional fee: $60 - $70 nightly.

GATHERINGS:

We know you are coming to Philadelphia to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.



QUIET HOURS:

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.



SMOKING:

Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period.



MINIMUM AGE:

Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.



CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:

Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.



SECURITY:

For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside of the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit.



Guest Access:

Code to main entrance doors and unit door will be provided on day of arrival.



Please be informed that our hotel does not have an elevator. All rooms are accessible via stairs. We appreciate your understanding and recommend that guests with mobility concerns consider booking our unit on the first floor before making their reservation.
