The room was very dirty. I took multiple pictures and videos of both rooms as evidence. The hot tub was not working and I had to call for assistance. When it was checked, the water jets were clogged with a large amount of hair and residue, which was very unsanitary. Because of this, I did not use the hot tub at all. The bed sheets had visible stains, and it did not appear that the room had been properly cleaned or wiped down before our arrival. This experience was unacceptable and not what I expected for the price paid. I am requesting a refund or, at minimum, a partial refund for the inconvenience

This hotel is extremely dirty and very noisy. It seriously needs to be inspected. Both the rooms and the hallways smelled strongly of drug use. We had to change rooms three times, and every single room had a different problem. In one room, there were urine stains on the bed sheets, which is completely unacceptable. The other rooms were also dirty and smelled bad. On top of that, there was loud noise from the upper floor until around 5 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
