I like this Boutique Hotel instead of the typical chain hotels. Was close to walk to a lot of the historical sites. Staff are friendly. The only negative is that it is beside Interstate 95 which is noisy. My room's window/door faced towards I-95. After the second night I didn't to notice the noise as much.

A pleasant 1 night stay.

We were passing through Philadelphia for a day, and fell upon this gem of a hotel. Charmingly located in the old city, at close proximity and walking distance to historic landmarks, such as the franklin museum, fashion district, the liberty bell and reading terminal market. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Just keep in mind, it is an old Historic building, not your state of the art modern structure but with every amenity provided.

Been coming here and its adjoining restaurant and bar since its Inception Antonio is AMAZING as is Rasha overnights and new comer on Second Shift Sabastien from the Uk. I tell everyone to stay here even if just for a Philadelphia staycation Weekend. Cheers to Penns View, Panarama and Il Bar !! Caio !! 15 stars !!

This is not a 5 star hotel. It doesn't claim to be it is a very nice quaint. Establishment, the staff was very cordial. Continental breakfast on New Year's Day was excellent. Very close to Penn's landing right in front of the fireworks on New Year's Eve. I would stay there again. And probably will
