The location of the hotel was good for the historical things we wanted to see while visiting. We did have issues with the hot water 3 out of 4 mornings when in the middle of a shower there was NO hot water! It was not at the typical "busy" time in the morning either. Front desk employee was very nice in the AM when we informed her of the problem, the one in the afternoon definitely had more of an attitude with questions we had. The morning we at breakfast at the "restaurant", we were charged $24/person for the typical buffet breakfast many hotels offer for FREE. I will probably look for a different hotel for my next stay...I wasn't that impressed for the nightly rate.

The hotel was nice and the staff were kind enough to move rooms for us when I said the air conditioner was making a very loud noise in the first room. The air conditioners are loud in every room it seems (but better in some) so if you have trouble with inconsistent noises, it may be bothersome. It is a little inconvenient that there is only valet parking available and that you have to go to a lot that isn’t part of the hotel to park; however, valet let us take out our bags before parking the car. The bartender at the hotel bar was very cool to talk to and made great drinks. The hotel was very conscientious located to a lot of restaurants and it was easy to walk to all the historical sites we wanted to visit. We would visit again.

I generally enjoyed my stay. Staff was courteous, room was clean, and the hotel dining option was good. Did have a bit of trouble obtaining my vehicle when I needed it, which added a bit of stress to our departure. The location was excellent, and I would be inclined to stay there again.

We didn’t have hot water the first two days we were there. Bartenders in the lobby bar were very friendly and were great! Breakfast was soap and overpriced.

Great hotel only avoid if you’re noise averse

Awesome beautiful hotel. Loved it very much. Loud noise at night from wedding groups. Not an issue for us but they had ear plugs in the rooms and we found out why. Thin walls. :) stay here unless you have
