It was a good Hotel to stay for our getaway. We did not receive the email for the check in so getting in was a bit tricky. Everything works with a code there with minimal staff. If you are not at ease with electronics and no staff on place then do not book in this type of hotel. However, when we called Sonders, it was reslly easy to have help from the staff. They made sure everything was right and that we got the code. Thanks to Joe from the staff for that. The room was clean and quite big. Great lightning, big bed and modern bathroom. The AC is pretty easy to use too. The area was safe but quits noisy at night. It was a vibrant neighborhood. Safe and sound for family and kids. Would definitely recommend this place. The only point to add could be to giving more towels or access to clean towels everyday. Thank you Sonders 😊

Wir fanden das Ambiente (industrial Charme; tolle Dachterrasse, die zum Restaurant unten gehört und durch das Hotel erreichbar ist) und die großen, modernen Zimmer sowie das Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis top. Man benötigt die App, aber das hat alles gur geklappt.

I was skeptical about a hotel with no on-site desk for check-in, but the whole system worked and we got to our room without problems. Lucky we read the email that came several days before check in so that we could register with the Sonder App. The survey questions here are disingenuous expecting me to rate staff and service. What's up with that??

Hotel itself was very nice, clean and had everything we needed except staff, lol. That was a little different but after a couple of questions to the housekeeping everything was good! We really enjoyed the little cafe downstairs for afternoon drinks and late dessert! Friendly bartender, didn’t catch her name! Also the bed and pillow were very comfortable and loved the bathroom and shower. Found it a little pricey but overall we had a great experience!

Hotel muito bom mas sem nenhum funcionårio para fazer atendimento. Isso causa alguns problemas que só são resolvidos (em parte) pelo chat. Eu reservei um quarto com duas camas mas me deram um com cama de casal e não consegui fazer a mudança para o que se fato contratei.

Attempted Gouging at Check-In But otherwise Grwat

Check-in was horrible. The hotel requires payment of additional fees for a check-in time earlier than 4:00 PM. There are no staff onsite! It just felt like gouging. The hotel itself is clean, modern and located in a really fun neighborhood.

Very clean and super safe! Little balcony, pizza and bar on lobby floor and the roof! Walking distance of great coffee and food. Luggage storage was nice since I had some wait time. Central to alot of things, easy Curb (taxi) Ride. Shops all along the next block. Large walk in shower. Great bang for the buck!

Front door didn’t lock during the entire stay. They only do bar soap not body wash which I don’t like. People were screaming on my floor at 11pm on a Thursday, but since you can only complain via chat it seemed pointless

This is an unstaffed property and the main entrance is not secure. Alerted property via their text and they said they fixed it yet I was still able to just pull it open. They referred to it an inconvenience but as a woman staying alone this is a security issue. Really disappointed and will not be staying at their properties again. Would advise women staying alone not to stay here .

- There is no staff. No one to talk to about any issues. No front desk. - There are zero amenities. - You have a 7-digit code you have to type in every couple steps (front door, staircase, elevator, room) which is EXTREMELY tedious. - You can use the app as a key but this only worked occassionally. It would sometime flag other locks instead of the one you were holding your phone against. - Price is not great for these factors. It should be way cheaper. - Paid for early check-in and received approval but for different times.(the email said 3pm, the app said 2pm). We arrived and dropped off our bags, and went for a walk to explore. In the meantime the app reset to 4pm check-in and locked us out of our room. Since there was no one to talk to, we tried to chat on the app, which was unhelpful and they gave us a new code which also did not work. Ultimately, we were locked out of our room with our bags inside until 4pm when the code magically worked.

This hotel is clean, comfortable, well stocked with anything you need. It has a nice restaurant in the same building and the area is safe. Great concept no staff. I needed a new coffee machine in the room it was replaced in the same day. The only thing missing is stirring sticks for the coffee😊 I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel!

Liked the industrial feel. The in-room coffee maker didn't work as we hoped, the grounds spilled into our cups and all over the counter. So many excellent coffee shops nearby so we didn't go without. Walkable area with loads of independent shops worth your time.
