Cigarette butts all over the room, burn holes in shower and that is ironic because I purchased a smoke free room. Beds had stains on pillows and covers, I purchased several throws to sleep on/under to attempt to be comfortable. Cigarette butt in the vent for heat/air. Stains all over carpet. Honestly, the WORST stay I have had at a facility.

Would could not stay in the room due to the smell and condition so we decided to drive the 2 hours home.
I would appreciate our money back. The front desk said we had to deal with you.

This property met my needs. It was clean in the places that mattered most but needed some additional TLC in the less essential areas such as corners and baseboards.
