The hotel needs some upkeep. The carpets were dirty, the walls need repair from the cleaning carts rubbing against the walls, and the rooms were dusty.

We never had our room set up correctly--missing coffee cups, water cups, coffee, makeup remover. Our first overnight we didn't even get our room made up the next day! Called down to get the coffee and cups for the next morning. Was disappointing to not have that service correct at all our entire trip.

The room was okay but outdated. The balcony that I paid extra for had water in it and was dirty, so I couldn’t use it. The iron was dirty and got on my cotton which was frustrating, however Zachary at the front desk was extremely accommodating and helped me out. Although I did have to request a steamer and other items a few times. I’m not sure if they were understaffed but things were not moving smoothly.

Beautiful and well maintained property close to the museum and other attractions. The view from the balcony was superb as well as from the roof top lounge. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed the coffee shop. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly at every level. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to visit again.
