Located next door to the famous Boulders Resort & Spa, this home is only minutes from world-class golf courses, lively restaurants, quirky bars and shopping of all kinds. In the immediate area there is horseback riding, hot air ballooning, desert jeep tours, mountain biking, hiking trails, 5-star spas, boating at several lakes, rafting the Salt River, and much more.

From casual family breakfasts to elegant dinner parties, the fully equipped chef’s kitchen serves as the focal point of the home’s interior gathering space.

Lavish amenities include 5 spacious bedrooms (one is a large office with a Queen Murphy Bed), 4 private bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, heated pool and spa with outdoor shower, built-in BBQ, cozy fireplaces, flat-panel TVs in every room with expanded satellite options, the fastest available WiFi service, sumptuous Southwestern furniture and décor throughout. Saltillo-tiled floors and natural wood beams add refined elegance and charm to the colorful space. POOL HEATING: We recommend that the pool be heated between Oct 1st and Jun 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is optional and available for $75/day. There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive days, and pool heating may only be scheduled for the full duration of the reservation - not for select days. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)

Great family getaway!

We took our 3 kids (ages 13, 10, and 6) and one of our kid’s friends and enjoyed a quiet weekend. It was very hot so the pool was a must and the kids had a blast! The views are spectacular and there is so much space in and out of the house.

Fantastic view, ideal house for a family

Copy idea for House Review: Fantastic view and outdoor area (fire pit, pool, spa, deck) makes this house an ideal place for a family reunion and holiday celebration. Plenty of places to gather. The kitchen is very well stocked and central to the living area. Multiple dining tables allow for large family meals. The property neighborhood is very quiet and private. CJ (host) is responsive and good to work with. The master suite is particularly large and well appointed. Convenient to Cavecreek and Carefree. Would definitely choose this property again.

Couples get-away

This property is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The inside of the house is gorgeous, but we (four couples) spent most of our time outside by the pool. The outdoor space has lots of seating/lounging areas, both covered and in the sun, and the decorative pieces scattered around added to the personality of the space (as did the views!). We chose to eat at home rather than go to restaurants, the kitchen is stocked with just about every piece of cookware and gadget you would need to make your meals at home. I would recommend this property, and we can't wait to return!

Better than the pictures!

Many times you'll see professional photographs of properties that make them look much nicer than it is in reality. This home is the exact opposite, the pictures don't do it justice (and thats not to say the pictures are bad, bc they're not). This is a beautiful home! Great landscaping and art outside, while beautifully decorated inside. The pool is huge, which was great for the kids, and the inside is open so it was perfect for an extended family gathering; never felt stuffy at all. The views are amazing! We'd come back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful stay

Couldn’t have asked for anything more with this house. The kitchen was so well equipped with an open concept to living area Fully enjoyable in so many ways. The pool and hot tub were great. Such an easy and beautiful home to vacation in. The house was perfect for our 3 kids although they preferred being in the large pool. Great communication with property manager. Would rent again and will refer the property to my friends and family. 5 stars!

Amazement For Lack Of A Better WordâŁïž

We were a bit leery to book with Airbnb. Only because we were so far away from home to make a change once we got there
 But to our amazement it was stunning. The property was breathtaking. The cleanliness was super. The kitchen was stocked with all our wants and needs as well as extras
 It was really a home away from home
 We have three boys and they were fighting with which bedroom to take
 LOL. CJ’s attention to detail and correspondence with questions not even referring to the property was addressed quickly. The attention to detail both with the property as well as our host was stellar
 We can’t wait to come back CJ
 No hesitation! We all I loved it
 And with a family of six that’s not easily said !

Exquisite home and stay!

If you’re wondering whether the photos match the actual property or not, think no further. This luxurious home with gorgeous mountain views including the famous Boulders, is the perfect getaway! Beautifully furnished with every detail designed to make you feel at home with every comfort. The kitchen was modern and setup/stocked with absolutely everything you might need, which led into a large and very cozy living room. Each bedroom was furnished with so much attention to detail. The backyard patio had that wow factor, so spacious and private. We couldn’t get enough of the stunning views and turning on the "misters" in the evening was a bonus! My grandchildren loved the lap pool, often swimming before breakfast most days! Outdoor shower came in handy too. We used the fire pit to make s'mores....so much fun. CJ and Jamie were so accommodating and wonderful to work with. CJ met us upon arrival and took time to make sure we were aware of everything this home had to offer. I did ask if there was a Keurig and if the entertainment center offered a DVD, but it did not. CJ said both were a good idea for the future. So we were totally surprised when about a 1/2 hr after he left, CJ returned after purchasing both!!! Talk about great customer service....WOW WOW WOW! This is a no-brainer, an easy 5+ stars and recommendation from all of us!!! Crossing my fingers that our travel adventures brings us here again!
