We were not able to get the place at the 4:00 p.m. check in time, because the cleaning crew had not cleaned the place. The crew had to be called back because the toilet seat was quite filthy with _____. The kitchen is poorly stocked with cookware, if you are planning to cook meals. It could be quite challenging. The location is great, shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and more are close by.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo had almost everything we needed from toiletries to coffee pods. The bed is extremely firm, it took a little getting used to for a comfortable goodnight sleep. Overall, we had a great experience!

Overall the stay was good. I would maybe give this a 3.5 stars if I could. Doesn’t really deserve a 3, but also not quite worthy of a 4. The location was great, very close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. We had an issue where both of our key fobs quit working during our stay. We were able to get a replacement but it was a task. The check in and out instructions were kind of confusing. Requires a lot of moving parts.

GREAT CONDO

Condo is as pictured. Quiet, clean in a great location. You can walk to restaurants shops in Scottsdale quarter. Short drive to hiking and golf. Recommend Paris Baguette close by for breakfast. There is a nice pool workout room and even a ping pong table!

Great location NEW unit feel

We came for mostly business and the location was ideal to walk to Scottsdale Quarter and short drive to SDL Airport. Amenities were new, and added to convenience. Garage parking at elevator made coming & going really easy. Pool area is gorgeous and property is very nice. Will stay again!!

Just what we needed!

It was a great place, the building and the unit. But it was nestled in a place where we didn’t hear much and it was quiet and peaceful. The check in instructions were terrific and it was overall a great place to stay!

Loved the gym! Nice to have an option to workout while traveling for work that is air conditioned, clean, and safe. Great unit, very clean and up to date. Garbage concierge and laundry in unit is a nice upgrade.
